System permanently offline and I’ve been locked out of my main unit. I’ve sent several messages asking for assistance but nothing back. I can’t view on my iPhone either as it constantly tells me device is offline. I’ve done all the suggested things and still nothing. Will need to look at a new system now but will be sure not to buy another one of these by Homeguard as it’s a complete waste of money. Trebuie doar facute setarile corecte la dvr/nvr si la routerul pe care il aveti. Asa ca apelati la un specialist pt ca trebuie merge perfect! P.s - trebuie facut port forwarding din rooter pe ip-ul dvr-ului, pe care il puteti seta manual in retea. Had this system for several months now and on the whole is very decent. However, in the last couple of months, the app has become quite flaky. Certain cameras will not update on the app whilst they are working well on the main hub and tv.
