## What is HomeKeep by AskSimona?

Less to remember. More time to enjoy home.

HomeKeep brings your maintenance tasks, equipment details and trusted service contacts into one organized place. Start with the home you have, choose its features and equipment, and take care of the next small step.

A PLAN THAT STARTS WITH YOUR HOME
Select the equipment and features you have, from a furnace and air conditioner to a sump pump, gutters or dryer. HomeKeep adds starter care-plan tasks you can review and personalize. Choose what is your responsibility and what is managed by someone else.

SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
Use This Month to review tasks, adjust your plan and mark work complete. Set up reminders and keep a record of the care your home receives.

KEEP YOUR HOME DETAILS TOGETHER
Organize rooms, belongings, systems and appliances. Keep useful details close instead of searching through scattered notes when you need them.

YOUR PEOPLE, EASY TO REACH
Save your own plumbers, electricians, cleaners, roofers, landscapers, pool-maintenance teams and other service contacts. Add phone numbers, email addresses and websites. Open Phone or Messages directly from a saved contact. Nothing is sent automatically.

START SMALL
A step-by-step setup and an optional Getting started tour help you find your way. Add more details as you go. An account is required for connected-home features and saved service contacts.

REGION AND CURRENCY
Choose Canada or the United States and the region of your home. Financial entries support CAD and USD. Amounts keep their entered currency; HomeKeep does not convert currencies.

HomeKeep is an organization tool, not a home inspection, emergency service or substitute for your equipment manuals and qualified professionals. Your saved contacts are your own address book, not a vetted contractor marketplace.
