This app is so convenient! Easy to setup. 
It keeps me on schedule with maintenance and when any appliance annoyance arises,  it’s where I look first and usually the only place I look.

As a real estate professional, one thing I’ve learned is that maintenance can quietly kill your numbers if you’re not paying attention. It’s usually not the big obvious stuff, but the little things that get skipped, and then all of a sudden you’re dealing with a bigger, more expensive issue.

I’ve been using Homekeepr and it’s honestly just made it easier to keep everything straight. Instead of trying to remember what needs to be done and when, it’s all laid out and tracked.

If you’re not staying on top of your systems, you’re going to lose money. Simple as that. This just makes it a lot easier to stay ahead of it without overthinking it.

By putting manuals, maintenance schedules, AI-powered guidance, and service planning all in one place, it keeps every key detail of your home organized and actionable right in your pocket.

This is the app I’ve needed all along. My home is my most valuable asset, and with the mounting list of home maintenance and service items, I need help taking excellent care of it. Homekeepr does that and more. It prompts me even before I have a need and it has a home management AI tool to help problem solve. Thank you Homekeepr team.

This app is just what I need. I can store all my house details, appliances, systems, and all the warranties, in one place- and it even somehow finds all of the manuals for me and incorporates that info into my instructions when I’m having trouble with my appliances! I dont even have to keep my stack of manuals anymore! It truly is taking the stress out of home maintenance!
