This app is really lousy! Not user friendly and when the app is updated, have to re-log in and things may get messed up after the update. Customer service is also not prompt and too long time to resolve issue.

I suspect this company created this app and just to tender for some Singapore government to prove they r leading in smart home tech which is so untrue. Have been using for months in a condo that they incorporate this system. Firstly, apps buggy. Secondly, their device are some oem poor quality device. Thirdly, no new updates nor improvising anything. MANY DEVICES CANNOT INTEGRATE INTO THEIR SYSTEM, EVEN IF IT DOES, YOU CANNOT GET ITS FULL FUNCTIONALITY, PROBABLY ONLY ON AND OFF. Stay away from this app. Pls google their devices and their company name that linked to this app. Don’t waste your time on this.
