The leads coming from Active Listings and Previously Sold Listings is even more than frustrating. Bin this and start again. ### 1/5 — Leads *2024-06-08, version 4.14.0* I call and email and I finally get a hold of them and they already have realtor , the Leads that you sent me are not sufficient. ### 1/5 — Deceptive to customers and Realtors. *2024-06-03* Homelight is a data selling service. It makes you think Homelight is doing something when in reality they send your personal contact information to anyone willing to pay an above average referral fee. As an agent using HomeLight I get so many people who don’t want to talk to realtors and want a cash offer and I get screamed at daily. Commissions become hard to negotiate. Because we have to pay a referral fee we have no flexibility on what we charged a client and have to make up for it. Because the agent has to pay homelight. If my own relative uses HomeLight, I have to pay them a referral fee, even though I had a previous existing relationship. I’m extremely unhappy and don’t set fair expectations to either clients or customers. It’s not a Lead competing with several agents. and clients are bombarded with phone calls emails and text messages. HomeLight qualifies the client before sending the referrals to agents, and the majority of leads fill out a 8+ question form on the HomeLight.com website. As an agent you have the ability to adjust your referral preferences - have you tried that or discussed with anyone on our Agent Success team? We'd love to help improve your lead quality based on best practices we've seen work for other agents. ### 1/5 — App unresponsive *2024-03-15, version 4.9.2* App keeps force closing can’t do anything with it. App opens to login but once you login it turns to a blank white screen. Deleting app, soft resetting phone, updating app (several times now) updating iOS (Several Times now) has done nothing to to fix the issue. Waiting to see if the next update fixes it. But the app is horrible it never wants to connect failes to perform.
