Is their Chinese supplier who only white label a pre built app. If not then immediately give add an option to add all room on home page itself like it was earlier. Total waste of time of user needing to land on home page > click for room name > click for device Earlier it was straight room like saving out time. Third-class app design. I am sure the company can do nothing as they are using a whitelabel app from their chinese suppliers thats why the manufacturers are not responding to any reviews here. ### 1/5 — Bad App and OK OK products. Bad User interface. 5. Products are sub standards ### 1/5 — Bad logic in app designing *2024-10-07, version 1.0.2* Here are few improvements which can be done by dev team of the app 1. When the smart switch is in close proximity add a logic to execute the command using Bluetooth instead of IoT. Thus reducing the latency of command execution. 2. In the app add a loader if the button is pressed. There is a bug when button is pressed multiple times before which the first press is completed. This muli button press feels laggy and lazy development. So add some kind of feedback or loader or some kind of progress bar. This helps in cases of IoT commands with high latency 3. Add an auto refresh or auto reload to get the latest values from the switch. Sometime if a switch is pressed manual and app is not automatically up to date . There seems to be no auto refresh of home page. Keep a 2 sec auto refresh in background ### 1/5 — 19th June 24 Alexa and App connection issue *2024-07-03, version 1.0.2* Since 19th June 24, the connection issue with alexa and the app started which till date (4th June 2024) isn’t solved. It use to work perfectly but right now it’s not doing what I paid money for i.e being handsfree. Fix it asap. I will update my review once my review is fixed. Was a 5 star product for me before but now as its unusable I am rating it 1 star as the company seems not in a hurry to fix it or atleast clarify what is actually going on.
