HomeMender brings a professional maintenance management workflow to your iPhone, distilled into four focused modules and zero overhead. No accounts, no servers, no learning curve.

CORE MODULES
1. Maintenance Task Engine
   • Nine standardized categories: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Exterior, Interior, Landscaping, Safety, Appliance, Other
   • Five recurrence frequencies: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Biannually, Annually
   • Seasonal scheduling: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Year-round
   • Automatic next-due-date computation on completion
   • Status flags: Overdue, Due-Soon, On-Track

2. Appliance Asset Register
   • Brand, model number, serial number, purchase date
   • Warranty length in months with computed expiry date
   • In-warranty / out-of-warranty status
   • Per-asset lifetime repair cost rollup

3. Repair & Maintenance Log

   • Free-form notes and emoji tags
