The only convenience I can see is that you have it on your device and you don't have to lug your book around -- but that's not saying much. ### 3/5 — Great to have an offline version *2020-09-17* Nice to have the full text to use offline. Very fast to load. I’m glad it’s in a sepia tone. Easier on the eyes (wish the index was as well, I find the white too bright on the black background). Would have preferred an index like the online version. Needs a Search feature and an option to change text size. I have updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it a dozen times now and it won’t work. I use this app every single day and I’m so sad it’s not working. I use it all the time, and I can bone up on remedies while I'm on the bus or having lunch. I also use it to write up my research notes. The video section is good, too. I'm looking forward to seeing some more videos come on line. ### 5/5 — A very handy app *2013-04-22* Homeopathy Materia Medica does what it promises. It puts Boericke's 700 remedies within quick access wherever you are. Remedies are easy to find, and set out in an easy to read format. For students, the study guides are a real plus, as are the video files, particularly if they are to be added to in future. The notes database is good for keeping on-the-fly records of your studies. ### 4/5 — Good App *2013-05-28* Well done app and definitely usable for small practice/notes. I wish the forms were either editable or had the ability to add follow-up comments to an individual record. Additionally, I would enjoy seeing the ability to backup data to iCloud or export it to Excel or csv. Otherwise, it's very well done albeit a little expensive for it's uses but highly recommended. Same comments as the Prescriber app. Both by the same author - definitely good apps and no bugs that I have seen.
