### 4/5 — Latest update crashes on opening

*2026-06-30, version 2.0.32*

I have to say, I’m impressed with the immediate response I received from support! Problem fixed !!! Thank you !

### 2/5 — Pretty Useless

*2026-01-23, version 2.0.21*

I don’t know what the value of this app is. You still have to manually enter in your HomeKit and QR codes. If I have to do that then I might as well just create my own database. This is not something I want to pay yet another subscription for when it does nothing for me that I can’t do myself.

Also I could not cancel the free trial from within the app. Feels a little scammy so I’m glad I double checked it. Cancelling directly in my iCloud account was no problem.

### 4/5 — Matter support

*2025-12-04, version 2.0.20*

How about adding matter support and all the associate I need to this wonderfully great app of yours?

### 2/5 — Was Decent

*2025-12-04, version 2.0.20*

Before the last couple major updates it was more useful. I don’t care if it will link the code. I just want the code saved and visible on demand. Far more work than it should be.

### 2/5 — Broken

*2025-10-10*

The new version of this app has become useless. There is no way to reassign accessories to another room. There’s no such button or menu option anymore.

**Developer response:** Could you reach out to me via in-app support so that I can help you? Reviews are not a medium where developers are able to offer support.

### 2/5 — No thanks

*2025-09-01, version 2.0.15*

I’ve had this app for a few years, never used it much, kind of hard to get the numbers out to type them in if you can’t memorize an 8 character string.

Thought I’d try it with my new switch. As with all HomeKit stuff, it can’t read the short codes. Okay I can type it in, easy peasy. “All fields need to be filled out”. I don’t care about brand or serial number so why do I need to put it in. Finally it saves it. Yeah. So I put the cover on the switch and try to set up.

No code.

So I take cover off. Type in code. “Are you sure you want to save this non-standard code?”

Grr. I’m not sure of the value vs. just taking a photo. I guess if I want to know the brand and model this will be helpful.

### 4/5 — Bom mas pode melhorar

*2025-08-02*

O app é bom, porém pode melhorar na resolução da exportação do backup para PDF, os códigos aparecem quase ilegíveis.

**Developer response:** Could you reach out to me via in-app support so that I can help you? Reviews are not a medium where developers are able to offer support.

### 3/5 — Photos and Camera app are buggy

*2025-07-27, version 2.0.15*

Love the app overall. However, when I attempt to take or attach a photo to the smart accessory, the app seems to continually cycle, flash, and reset. I am never able to choose a photo or take a photo. Is this a common issue?

### 3/5 — It work

*2025-05-02, version 2.0.11*

It’s a subscription app of $9.99 a year 😤 just to save matter codes

### 2/5 — Mandatory field, reduces functionality.

*2025-02-16, version 2.0.8*

The mandatory fields such as, serial no. model no. etc prevents storage of setup codes I no longer have this information for as I discarded the packaging years ago.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2026-04-05, version 2.0.28*

Was a great app, unfortunately dev changed it to a subscription model and locked you out of your codes. I know they need to get paid and I’d gladly pay a one time fee.

### 1/5 — Is basically a glorified notebook

*2026-01-07, version 2.0.21*

I was hoping that for $40 upfront or $10/year this thing would import the matter codes from my 293 devices. It doesn’t. It just offers me the ability to click on each of the devices and input a code manually which it then stores. So basically it pulls your device list from HomeKit and then offers to let you go through and add a HomeKit or matter code to each with your phone or keyboard. I can get something close to this with the Apple Notepad without paying someone $40. I would have gladly paid that for an app that imports that data with a click. WIthout that, this app just doesn’t matter.

### 1/5 — Unable to Access App since 2.0 Update

*2025-12-23, version 2.0.20*

I have been able to navigate past the migrating data screen since the 2.0 update. I have reach out to the developer and still have no resolution beyond waiting for some way to bypass this screen. I understand that bugs occur but this has been ongoing for 12 months at this point.

### 1/5 — Stuck Migrating Data

*2025-12-10, version 2.0.20*

I don’t use this app much but when I need, it I really need it. I recently upgraded and now it simply can’t get past the data migration

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-11-09, version 2.0.19*

Shoves the subscription right in your face, Exports behind Paywall, doesnt find any devices and wants $9.99/year just to store some text on your storage not theirs

### 1/5 — Update lost all my HomeKit codes

*2025-10-18, version 2.0.18*

Last time I opened this app it said there was an update. I hit update and now all my HomeKit codes are gone.

### 1/5 — I can’t tell you how much I’ve come to despise this app

*2025-07-22, version 2.0.13*

This thing has to “Migrate Data” every time I open it and then stick in a loop of “Resolving Issues” when I just want to view a code and CAN’T because of a forced loop. Deeply regret paying for this.

### 1/5 — New mandatory migration lost my stuff

*2025-03-28, version 2.0.9*

I spent a lot of time putting all of my devices in here, and the migration process deleted a bunch of them. The migration was not optional. I’m very unhappy and out a lot of money. Don’t use.

### 1/5 — Stores your Homekit codes but lost mine

*2025-03-10, version 2.0.8*

I’m sorry, but I was a ver1 user and the upgrade lost all my stored codes. I have devices I only use for Xmas or deleted because of issues but want to remember the codes. Nope. All gone except for the ones still in Home. Thanks. You had one job: remember the codes!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Très bonne application

*2026-06-22*

### 5/5 — Great app, responsive developer

*2026-04-18, version 2.0.28*

Excellent app, a must for keeping track of your smart devices. Supports multiple homes (locations). Had a question for the dev and got a clear answer back quickly.

### 5/5 — Super useful app

*2026-02-18*

Really helpful

### 5/5 — Great for keeping HomeKit codes

*2026-02-08, version 2.0.22*

Handy app that helps you stay organized with you HomeKit codes

### 5/5 — 🏆

*2025-12-04, version 2.0.20*

🏆

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*2025-11-19, version 2.0.20*

Love the app and appreciate the ability to store all my codes in one place and safely secured on iCloud. Very handy!!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-10-31*

I’ve been searening for a tool like this for ages, and I'm honestly impressed!
saves me tons of time
Definitely a must-have for anyone managing smart home setups or tinkering with Matter integrations.

### 5/5 — Many editing bugs

*2025-08-29, version 2.0.15*

Text fields in this app will not let me change them for already entered devices, they revert to their old values as I type before I can hit save. The only way for me to exit devices is to create new ones with correct fields manually and delete old ones. I don’t actually use HomeKit I just use this device to store matter setup codes and serial numbers etc for my home assistant matter devices.

### 5/5 — Must have app for HomeKit users

*2025-07-15, version 2.0.12*

Fantastic app please keep updating this app as it is a must-have for any HomeKit user.

### 5/5 — Couldn’t get it working on macOS 15.3.1

*2025-02-16, version 2.0.8*

Downloaded, started trial, but was stuck on subscribe page even after subscribing. Some sort of an icon in the top right that doesn’t appear to display properly in dark mode or is otherwise unclear - clicked that which took me to the app but all it did was show me my home’s name, the number of accessories, but there was nothing I could do from there other than click my home name and change its name or give it an icon. Tried on 3x Macs, same result on each. Gave 5 stars as I imagine I just ran in to an untimely bug, you otherwise seem to have a good product, hope it gets resolved and I’ll try again.
