I downloaded the app, and tried to connect it. Whenever I did it would say disconnected. Please fix this issue. Thanks 😊 **Developer response:** Sorry，if the device can not connect, it is recommended that you plug the device back in to reset the device status. And if the device disconnects automatically, it usually reconnects automatically. ### 3/5 — doesn’t match photos *2021-03-17, version 1.1.5* The app doesn’t match the photos. There’s no way to do a gradient which was one of the main reasons I got these and none of the modes on the app are the same as the ones shown in the photos. Modes there’s only fade and jump... no strobe,smooth. Or flash! Do not install. ### 1/5 — pictures don’t match *2022-08-13, version 1.1.6* the pictures don’t match at all, i mainly got this for gradient but no it doesn’t work, it’s just like the other app. please help and if it doesn’t work for certain versions of your ligh please fix that ### 1/5 — doesn’t work *2022-04-09, version 1.1.6* this app doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t work. how y’all make a bluetooth app that won’t even connect to the product? make it make sense.. it’s pointless ### 1/5 — bad *2021-07-12, version 1.1.6* was offered this app as a solution to a problem homelight plus had, fixed the problem with a solution that was worse than the problem, the solution was to merge my 2 lights, and my roommates 1 light together, with no way of separating them ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time on the app or the lights. *2021-04-11, version 1.1.6* TLDR below. *The lights fade speed won’t go below “seizure level“. *Customization settings reset when powered off. *The lights remain on far too long after tv/ power source has been turned off. Then if you can get the app or remote to function to turn the lights off, it’ll be futile because the light will inevitably turn back on again after a minute or two. I finally had to disconnect the lights from the power source to turn them off. TLDR: App crashes/ won’t load, remote for the lights is garbage which renders the lights useless. **Developer response:** Sorry, If the light is turned off, it will automatically open, you can view the timing page, whether the timing on the light is turned on. ### 1/5 — terrible... *2021-01-23, version 1.1.4* i cannot sync my music at all using these led lights.. i do not recommend, most definitely a waste of money.. ### 1/5 — problem *2021-01-20, version 1.1.4* i can’t even get past the first part u can’t even connect to my leds btw(iphone 11) ### 1/5 — Oh my gosh *2021-01-14, version 1.1.3* I did not think the music situation could get any worse than the other app but surprisingly it did. There is still no shuffle button and the screen shows less songs at a time. The only upgrade is you can pause the music without entering the app. Please get this fixed to where it will play on any platform as a Bluetooth device just as speakers do. But I prefer to use the app because i have to get out of bed otherwise to use the remote (it’s at a angle behind drawers) so i have been using the app to turn it on and off. But for the past few days, the app hasn’t connected at all. I tried the other app, unplugging and replugging the lights and other stuff. But nothing has worked. Can the developers make it so that I can control my lights, but not have to connect them every time I open the app? Also, when I bought the lights it came with a remote.
