Home pro ruined our plans of going out for new year eve and I ended calling customer service with no luck(call got disconnected) BUGGY APP AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ### 1/5 — HomePro bad quality *2024-12-30, version 5.4.0* Always having issues with app ### 1/5 — Garbage system and service *2024-11-18, version 5.4.0* They tell you it’s a home security system what they don’t tell you is if doesn’t monitor anything but three doors unless you pay more and the system goes off and on like crazy in a 24 hour period it went offline and back online like 14 times and spent more time offline then on line. ### 1/5 — Logged out *2024-10-17, version 5.4.0* I forgot my password and the app logged me out. When trying to retrieve my password it sent an email directly into a bottomless pit. It won’t let me create a new account and it wont let me reset the app on my phone. My family removed me from the system and created a new account for me to log in to and it still wants me to sign in to the account that doesn’t exist before I can do anything. The customer service is awful, my sister has them too and she also is always so frustrated whenever she calls cause they are not helpful. It seems this business is just there to get people’s money. They don’t care once you sign the contract. The cameras are awful quality. Awful settings. You pay monthly but really for nothing because when you call with any issue they just always want you to pay them again. ### 1/5 — Homepro App makes it difficult to find what you need *2024-08-13, version 5.4.0* I only have this because the doorbell and service was free from the builder for the first year. I’ll be replacing it as soon as I can. Home pro makes it difficult to do anything on your own so that you will have to use them and pay a tech fee every time you need assistance. Over priced from all I have seen and heard. Do you know how many times in an hour a bug or spider web or car headlights from across the way will set off your camera??? WAY more than you could ever imagine. WORST ALARM SYSTEM EVER.
