## What is HomeQuestConnect?

HomeQuestConnect is Zimbabwe's home-finding app, built to make searching for a place to rent simple, fast, and stress-free.

Swipe through property listings the easy way — like your favorite houses and cottages, pass on the rest, and build a personalized wishlist of places you're interested in.

FOR TENANTS
• Swipe through available properties in your area
• Filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and category
• See exactly how long ago a listing was posted, so you never waste time on outdated properties
• Save your favorite listings to revisit anytime
• Contact landlords and agents directly via WhatsApp
• Find properties near your current location
• Get notified the moment a new listing matching your interests goes up

FOR LANDLORDS AND AGENTS
• List your property in minutes, complete with photos and detailed descriptions
• Manage all your listings from one dashboard
• See real engagement: views and inquiries on every listing
• Get notified the moment a tenant reaches out

HomeQuestConnect is currently free to use for everyone while we grow our community across Zimbabwe.
