It does have a subscription based model and wants to use AI for almost everything related to maintenance. Looking at it, it isn’t for me. This can do it. *2025-06-20* I’ve been using Homer for a while now and it really is an incredible app. When loading items to your “home” with a click of your camera, it uses a combination of search engines and AI to identify that item and fill in all of the hard to find information; as they say automagically. I’m not new to the home inventory app field and this app can find product information in about 1 minute that some others have been (currently) trying to find for 2 weeks now. I’ve used their customer support chat feature a couple times when I had questions. I’ve also used the AI bot and both are extremely helpful.
