## What is HomeRate?

This is a currency exchange rate calculation tool for individuals and families. Using RMB as a common benchmark, it helps you estimate foreign currency amounts, travel expenses, and cost differences.

Reference Exchange Rate Overview: View the open market reference prices of common currencies such as USD, EUR, JPY, and HKD relative to RMB; supports pull-to-refresh; offline calculations are also possible without an internet connection.

**Currency Conversion:** Multi-currency two-way conversion, one-click exchange, quick amount calculation; calculation records are saved only on your local device for easy review of travel or study abroad estimates.

**Travel Budget:** First, set a total budget in RMB, then break it down by destination currency for items such as accommodation, food, and transportation. Use a progress bar to check if you've exceeded your budget—for personal planning practice.

**Cost Calculation:** Estimate approximate foreign currency earnings using assumed fixed costs, percentage costs, and exchange rate deviations. This is an arithmetic practice tool and will not initiate any actual transfers.

**Purchasing Power Mirror:** Converts common prices like coffee, subway fares, and lunch into RMB to help you develop a sense of destination spending habits.

**Trend Illustration:** Generates a graphical curve based on the current reference price to understand the concept of "fluctuation"; not real-time market data and cannot be used for buying or selling decisions.

**Exchange Rate Explanation:** Provides original educational articles on travel cash preparation, cost understanding, how to read reference prices, observation habits for studying abroad, and airport exchange premiums.
