### 2/5 — Too risqué

*2026-04-05, version 2.2.0*

Come on. Fun game that I can’t even let my kids play because of character content. This is baseball, not a place for suggestive segs material.

### 3/5 — Good and bad

*2026-03-30, version 2.2.0*

Game is fun to play especially if you’re on a team but don’t expect to win any team battles because developers appear to have designed the game to favor South Korean players. They will have better equipment than you, will be stronger and, oh yeah, they cheat. You may win 1v1 battles, but don’t expect to win any club battles.
Also, the graphics are great but you will spend most of your time playing bots. You will know once you see they all wear the same hats and use same bats in each stadium. You may think you’re kicking butt but really just kicking bot lol.
Lots of room for improvement but customer service is horrible. They will tell you how sorry they are for your disappointment or inconvenience and that they are committed to improving the game, but they do nothing. They turn a blind eye to the Korean teams that cheat. If you make any suggestions to improve the game they will tell you they have forwarded your suggestion to the development team, who do nothing, and if you complain about cheating they will tell you they take it seriously but only ask you to give them more information. Again they will ultimately do nothing. If you read some of the other reviews, Haegin’s response is that they are working on it. Yet a year later, people are complaining about exactly the same issues be it match making, timer problems, cheating, whatever. But, they still have not updated the game in almost a year or addressed any problems.
Game is also super expensive. At time I am writing this, they want you to pay $50 for the good players they have and most of them were free when the game started. Save your money and enjoy playing with what little they still give you for free. Don’t be tempted to buy expensive stuff and think you will eventually win. In the top stadiums, the Korean players will have better equipment and stronger players then you will be able to get no matter how much you spend. And remember that Korean players, like on Team Major, will cheat and they share accounts. Warzone is by far the best team to play on. They are very supportive of each other, give advice and suggestions how to beat the Korean players, and are really fun to play with. I have been on other teams but they are the best.
I know it sounds like this game sucks, and in some ways it does, but I actually enjoy playing it and have been having fun by being on a team.
Now that I have posted some complaints, I’m curious to see how Haegin responds. Let’s see if they apologize for my inconvenience frustration or disappointment, tell me they are committed to fair play, will send the info to the development team who have my interests in mind to improve the game. They don’t. All they got is their mind on my money and my money on their mind.

### 2/5 — 1st one is better

*2026-02-25, version 2.2.0*

I played the first one not knowing a second had come out quite a while ago. I really like the first one and thought I’d like the second one even more. That was not the case at all.
The visuals on the second are better but that’s it! The interface is terrible. How you change equipment and see their stats is more difficult and annoying. They change the ranking of batters which was unnecessary.
It basically looks like that meme of someone copying your homework.
I’m sticking with the first one until they fix the second one.

### 2/5 — Seriously

*2026-02-18, version 2.2.0*

The game is fun but the pay to win players and hackers are ridiculous 2 pitches and I’m KO’d are you serious the pay to play people should be matched with the pay to play people they take the casual fun out of it but you developers don’t care you just care about lining your pockets uninstalling immediately

### 3/5 — They ruined a good game

*2026-01-04, version 2.2.0*

No rematches in H2H anymore, the angle on Challenge Mode will make you dizzy and, for some reason, my pitcher will perform his windup but not release the ball in the last 5 seconds. Terrible sequel. Deleting both.

### 3/5 — Last second

*2025-11-24, version 2.2.0*

Doesn’t matter if you hit a home run last second you still lose you might of still won if it counted 3 stars

### 2/5 — P2W

*2025-10-23, version 2.2.0*

If you’re new to this game save your money because you won’t know that you will NEVER be able to compete with the top players. The W* players have been removed and you can no longer get the points from them in regards to skin points which could bring you above 5000. The max you can go right now is 4450 so even if you were to spend $500 you can’t be on a fair playing field. Absolutely insane that a game would do this to its player base.

### 3/5 — Ranking system is flawed

*2025-10-01, version 2.2.0*

This game is fun…until you reach a certain ranking. Players intentionally lose on purpose so they can rank down and obliterate players who are actually trying to play the game with true skill. The developers need to start flagging accounts and penalize players for intentionally losing so that they will stay on the bigger fields and match up against players with similar attributes. I guess they want us to spend $100s of dollars to compete…not me.

### 3/5 — Pay 2 Win

*2025-10-01, version 2.2.0*

Decent game all in all. Learned how to control ball direction for HR’s….that being said, there’s no way anyone should lose after 2 pitches. When I lose to a better player I’m good with that. Usually means I wasn’t hitting HR’s. But when I lose to paid characters without the slightest chance to win is crazy work.I’m not going to spend $50 for a character and I have to spend the money to have a chance at wining against these characters then I’ll uninstall

### 2/5 — Good game.. Until

*2025-09-25, version 2.2.0*

Absolutely loved the game until I got to the ice stadium. Had roughly a 84% win percentage and as soon as I hit that threshold the competition I was up against had such stronger gear than me that winning became almost an impossibility.

I understand wanting to make money but there should be a different metric during skill based match play if one side is that heavily favored.

### 3/5 — Good up to a point

*2025-09-01, version 2.2.0*

This game is a lot of fun up to a certain point, where opponents become too strong. I didn’t miss a single home run and kept up with cycling and still got KO’d simple because my opponent had a better batter. It appears as well the only way to get a high level SS batter is to pay and not through hard work like the original game, so you’re capped unless you want to spend 70$

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

*2026-06-26, version 2.2.0*

All the legitimate players are leaving!! Until they get rid of every cheater from Korea (Apex and BOSS), this will NEVER be a fair or fun game. Plus they NEVER update it! Don’t give me more lip service about how you police the game! YOU and YOUR EMPLOYEES are the cheaters!

### 1/5 — DON’T DO IT!!!!

*2026-03-31, version 2.2.0*

Haegin lets their employees play. It’s hacked. No chance at fair competition!

### 1/5 — 一堆破廣告

*2025-11-24, version 2.2.0*

破廣告看完浪費時間就算了，廣告完遊戲音效也沒了真的爛

### 1/5 — Read before you install!!

*2025-11-16, version 2.2.0*

Homerun Clash 2 is the ONLY game where you can live in the UK, the US, Australia, or Mars — and STILL end up playing every match on a Korean server thanks to the legendary Largosoft Seoul Tunnel™.

Doesn’t matter where you’re from. This game drags your connection across the ocean like a dead body in a crime documentary.
Meanwhile Korean players get connection so smooth it looks pre-rendered.

But hey, why stop at server advantage? Let’s talk about the legacy gear rolls — the discontinued, deleted, removed-from-the-game stats that ONLY old Korean accounts still have.

You know, the stuff they “balanced” years ago but never actually removed from the players who already had it.
So they basically said:

“Balance? Nah. Let the old-school Korean whales keep their broken stats and destroy everyone forever.”

You’re not losing because you’re bad.
You’re losing because they’re using gear that you LITERALLY cannot obtain in 2025, running numbers that shouldn’t even exist anymore.

And then the matchmaking puts you against them like it’s fair.
“Oh congrats! You’re Bronze II? Here’s a guy with god-roll charms from the beta build and a direct fiber cable to Seoul.”

This isn’t PvP.
This is you entering a heavyweight fight with pool noodles.

The game looks good, the concept is fun, but no amount of polish fixes the fact that this entire system is built to feed a tiny group of legacy players while everyone else gets lag, nerfed stats, and “good luck!” energy.

Anyway, I’ll sit here and wait for the devs’ classic auto-response:

“We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience… your feedback is valuable…”
Yeah yeah, copy, paste, repeat.
They’ve responded to every review with the same paragraph since 2021 like a malfunctioning Roomba.

### 1/5 — Strictly pay to win

*2025-11-03, version 2.2.0*

This game used to be fun but now it’s terrible. When they added the players you could buy, especially the 49.99 ones, the game is impossible to play. The pay to play players most times win in 2-3 hits. No matter how good your player is, they can’t compete with these players. Then you have to deal with the cheaters that have over 40,000 games played and 8000 or more trophies. Once again, greed has ruined a fun game.

### 1/5 — Very good but needs serious match making tuning .

*2025-10-22, version 2.2.0*

I'll start this off by saying I attempted to play this game as free to play as possible. It's very possible to spend zero money and have a good time until you reach a certain point. Early on in the game each stadium is sectioned off by players that advance further on because their players gain higher levels and attributes and move onto different stadiums. It's very easy to have a competitive good time playing against only players who at the very most have 4 to 500 points of attributes higher than you. But once you reach 2400. Trophies you get to the last stadium and here you have to play players that rate from 2400 to 12,000. These player overall ratings range anywhere from 3500 to 5000. It's very likely that most of your matches are against players who are 2000 points higher and overall than your player, these matches, last about three pitches, and unfortunately, once you're in this level, the matchmaking seems to be unfiltered I've had anywhere between 50 and 100 straight matches with players that have ratings 1500 to 2000 points higher than mine so the becomes on fun because it's impossible to win.
Eventually i spent around $75 , which I feel like is adequate to support the developers, and I was able to get to a point where I can reach 2900 trophies but ultimately you get matched up with these players who are either cheating or spending thousands of dollars and win in three swings even versus my $75 player, which is rated as the best player in the game and I have all epic tier hardware that everybody in my club says it's the best hardware they've ever seen getting squashed by these players that somehow have 40,000 matches. It seems to me that it should be pretty simple to filter matchmaking so that you're not playing players with attributes so much higher than your own. It just seems like HAEGIN doesn't wanna do it for whatever reason.

Once they create three or four more stadiums to section off the majority of the player pool, the game will be much better There needs to be some competitive balance, and there is not. Once it gets to this stage you just feel like fodder for the people who somehow have accumulated 40,000 games. there shouldn't be players with 12,000 trophies playing players with 2400 trophies.

### 1/5 — 게임종료

*2025-09-25, version 2.2.0*

### 1/5 — 外掛不抓 難怪遊戲沒人玩

*2025-09-25, version 2.2.0*

哈囉官方，公會戰又開始囉，外掛公會MVP的一群外掛仔又出來搗亂了，抓不抓啊？！還要繼續擺爛嗎？！

### 1/5 — 애초에 현질 안하면 못깨게 만들어둠

*2025-09-03, version 2.2.0*

3-5이상 넘어가면 현질없이 못깨게 만듬 그냥. 올크리때려도 컴터 점수 확확 오름. 하지마셈

### 1/5 — Fake players

*2025-08-29, version 2.2.0*

If you are trying to get players to stop playing your game you are doing a splendid job. I don’t believe that I am competing against other online gamers, but most likely players that you or your AI program have generated. I have played against characters that have routinely 400-700 points higher where I don’t even know how they got that high when I literally have the same equipments. The worst is when I noticed that I played one player who is named Warzone and then a player who's club is Warzone. They both have managed to have played over 30,000 times. This used to be a fun game, but now have become annoying. Don’t need this kind of frustration.
