The app does not guide you if there’s an error. Does not give you a full manual to operate it only an install guide. Problems getting it up after it disconnected from my WiFi. I really do not like the app.  It’s pretty bad when you need it to guide you through notifications of any issues. You would think a $900 piece of equipment would come with full instructions with a complete manual.

I wish I could give it 0 star.

The feeder worked very well but the app is a pain. There were many bugs with very simple menu.

I lost account login after the app upgrade(Need to manually search the app in order to upgrade it).

I couldn’t login after the app is upgraded. Had to reset the feeder but it always failed to connect the device.

The feeder can’t work now after the reset cause the app can’t connect to it. I am stuck here!

建議不要買，在加班的時候要為家裡的貓完全無法連線沒辦法餵，只能在家用手動的按鈕出糧，千萬不要買，買了會後悔

前の人が書いているのと全く同じです。やっと届き嬉しくてすぐアプリをダウンロードし使用始めると、肝心なところでタイムアウト！95%までいくのに…。Wi-Fiの接続がとにかくできない。猫がトイレに入ってもいないのに、定期的に掃除してしまう。問い合わせをしたところ、Wi-Fiが5.0ではなく2.4で繋げると解決するそうです！
うちではそれでも繋がらなかったですが、みなさんはそれで解決するかもです。試してみてください。

You need the app, wifi, and Bluetooth to connect and set up the feeder. You have to share your phone number to set up an account. I have an iPhone and the app can’t ‘see’ the feeder on the network or via Bluetooth. I’m dead in the water. Tried resetting, tried manually connecting, nothing. I have an expensive feeder and no way to program it to dispense food. If I could give it zero stars I would. Why not have buttons on the dispenser so a person can set it up manually if they don’t need all the features?

One of the best feeders on the market and very nice improvements to the app. Some favorite features: snooze next feeding (when extra treats given), child lock on the button, low food alert, 1/12 cup portions. Daylight Saving Time change isn’t automatic, but the cat doesn’t notice.

I’ve seen a few different apps, and this one is pretty good. It gives you a lot of information a few controls to use and lets you keep track of multiple pets. I have not had any issues with anything disconnecting and it has been working great

Just upgraded to v3.0.1 & updated the firmware via settings in the app. The feeder lost its WiFi connection & its time zone changed to UTC+8. The app guided me, with photos, to reset the WiFi which was a great addition. 

The update has a cleaner look, but:

No longer supports Daylight Saving Time which v2 had supported. Now need to change the time zone.

Some of the choices of English words could be better, eg “Successful Grain Production” appears instead of “Feed Dispensed”.

アプリバージョンアップ後に機器の再登録が必要で設定も全部消えました。
日本語表記も怪しくなりました。
致命的なのは給餌スケジュールの編集が出来ない事です。
ユーザビリティの確認やリリース前のテストをしていないのかのようなアプリです。

Nice app (v.2.0.10) & features & has been reliable & easy to setup. To register, be sure to enter the characters on the screen before getting a verification code via email or SMS. Support very helpful getting me through that & said they’re working on improving this aspect. The feeder itself is great - better than others I’ve seen.
