Try to log in and it doesn’t recognise my subscription number etc etc. Have wasted hours emailing and speaking to customer care, who to be fair, try to be helpful but most of the time they are flummoxed too. I have many newspaper and magazine apps and rarely have any issues. Will never purchase this again. Don’t waste your money is my advice. **Developer response:** Thank you for getting in touch. Frankly I was going to cancel my subscription because it was too hard to look at when the digital version was basically just the print version on a screen. But now it’s so much easier to read and enjoy the photos on my iPad. You kept one reader at least. It’s so important when viewing issues on phone! Pease bring it back!!!! Also, the download rate is so much slower than before. Every time I open the app I have to restore my purchases with my account via iTunes.
