Try to log in and it doesn’t recognise my subscription number etc etc. Have wasted hours emailing and speaking to customer care, who to be fair, try to be helpful but most of the time they are flummoxed too. I have many newspaper and magazine apps and rarely have any issues. Will never purchase this again. Don’t waste your money is my advice. **Developer response:** Thank you for getting in touch. Every time I open the app I have to restore my purchases with my account via iTunes. Then I have to search where I stopped in which issue the last time I was in the app. This has never been the case in several years of using it. (Finally!) Frankly I was going to cancel my subscription because it was too hard to look at when the digital version was basically just the print version on a screen. But now it’s so much easier to read and enjoy the photos on my iPad. You kept one reader at least. It is a publication I have been getting for many many years and love to read it and always there is a particular item I find which I keep for future ref.
