Homeschool Moment keeps your homeschool records for you. Capture the learning that already happens in your day, and it becomes an organized record of each child’s year, ready when an evaluator, a co-op leader or family asks to see it. WHAT YOU CAN CAPTURE • Photos, a short video, a voice note or a worksheet PDF, together on one moment • Bulk import from your camera roll when you are catching up • Quick capture from widgets, Siri, Control Center and Apple Watch • Works offline and syncs when you reconnect ORGANIZED FOR YOU • A description and subjects are added for you, and you can edit both • Subjects like Science, Art, Nature Study and Language Arts, plus your own categories • Filed under the right child and the right date • A timeline of every moment, newest first WHEN SOMEONE ASKS FOR PROOF Export a portfolio PDF with your moments, dates and photos, plus a breakdown of every subject covered and its share of the year. Every link expires automatically, and you can revoke it at any time. More exciting updates coming soon 🙌 ### 4/5 — Love the Idea but is Pricey *2026-06-27* This is a super cool tool and is great to try for five samples a month. I wanted to purchase the premium version but $99 for the year is tool much. I would pay $20 -$30 annually for this level of technology. Most online curriculum supports are no more than $15 a month so paying $12 a month seemed steep. With that said I would totally become a paid user down the road with more inline pricing. Also make sure to Sign in with Apple as the google option crashes the app. ### 1/5 — Everything lost! *2026-06-23* I initially loved this app but then my child’s profile got deleted and ALL of our records lost a week before our first moderator meeting. Devastating! I sent two emails to help desk but never got a reply. Very disappointing indeed The developer has responded below claiming this was sorted via email? This is not true. They also changed my one star review to a five star review. No one has been in touch, and my account was never recovered. All my records were lost, and I have changed the rating back to one star. This is disappointing and intentionally misleading **Developer response:** Hi! I believe we solved this over email together 🙌 Nothing was lost 👌 Edit: Please email hello@homeschoolmoment.com and I’m happy to look at it further with you! Your moments are never lost. ### 2/5 — Not sure… *2026-05-16* When you go to sign in, there is not a normal sign in page…there’s no way to change your name in the app…and when try to email support it says “email failed”…is this even a real app? **Developer response:** Hi 👋 Thanks for downloading! Would love to help you out here. I’m not sure what you mean by “normal sign in page”? Email support is always available! Just email me at alex@homeschoolmoment.com ### 4/5 — Great tool *2026-05-06* This is a great tool! Affordability could be an issue however paying for a year upfront makes the monthly cost much more accessible. I would add that a valuable feature would be to add functionality to allow ai to regenerate text entered by the user and not just by scanning the image. **Developer response:** Hi Connie! Thanks for downloading and using the app 🙌 Did you see the option to save and subscribe for a year? Also, with the text regeneration, do you mean that you would like to be able to regenerate / rewrite the text you’ve entered? If there’s anything you need, just shoot me an email alex@homeschoolmoment.com ### 1/5 — Obviously AI generated *2026-05-03* The app crashes when you login with Google email. Also, the AI generated descriptions are inaccurate. Not functional or useful for our homeschool. **Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for downloading 👋 Haven’t seen this issue with other users but if you can send a screenshot to alex@homeschoolmoment.com I’d love to help you out! ### 5/5 — Everything lost! *2026-03-30* I initially loved this app but then my child’s profile got deleted and ALL of our records lost a week before our first moderator meeting. Devastating! I sent two emails to help desk but never got a reply. Very disappointing indeed **Developer response:** Hi! I believe we solved this over email together 🙌 Nothing was lost 👌 ### 5/5 — Homeschool must have! *2026-03-22* I’ve spent hours creating documents manually, but now I can upload photos and print out reports with just one click. This has been life-changing and has taken the pressure off our homeschooling journey! I also love that our data and photos are safe using this app. ### 5/5 — Simple and Effective *2026-01-20* I didn't need a complicated gradebook I just needed somewhere to keep pictures and notes of what we learned. This is exactly that. It helps me relax knowing I have a record of our days without spending hours entering data. Definitely recommend if you want to track memories without the stress. **Developer response:** Jesse, this is exactly what we were going for! No complicated gradebooks, no hours of data entry - just a simple way to capture your days. So glad it helps you relax and actually enjoy documenting your homeschool journey. Thanks for the kind words and the recommendation! ### 5/5 — Actually stuck with this one *2026-01-20* I always start the year with big plans to track everything in a binder and it lasts like two days. This app is the only thing that works for me because it’s so fast. I just snap a pic, write a quick note about what we did, and I’m done. Makes me feel way better about the "lazy" days because I can actually look back and see how much we covered. Super simple and doesn't feel like homework for parents. **Developer response:** Ha! We know that feeling - the big planner energy that fizzles out by day three. That's exactly why we built this to be stupid fast. Snap, note, done. And hey, those "lazy" days? Still learning days. You've got proof now! Thanks for sticking with us. ## Frequently asked questions about Homeschool Moments ### What is Homeschool Moments?
