It's a bonus that it requires focus and concentration for longer than most apps targeted toward this age group. ### 5/5 — My Mosaic *2011-12-24, version 1.3* My grandson loves this game! My only concern is that every once in awhile one of the pieces won't stick in it's appropriate place. This causes real frustration for the 4year old! It would be great to have this bug fixed, and a few more patterns added. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — My Mosaic *2011-11-18* This app does not work. The directions are non existent as it says to match but doesn't tell you if you touch the color dot first, then touch where it goes, or vice versa. I also went to "if you need support" and no support was found. I wouldn't download this app until it works. Hopefully it will be upgraded to fix the problem. ### 1/5 — Only 2 mosaics are free *2011-11-09, version 1.0* My granddaughter loved this game but nowhere does it say that only 2 of the 9 patterns are accessible. The other 7 are locked until you buy them. As this isn't the most complex of apps that's very disappointing and I felt it would be so simple for the developers to say this up front. It gives immediate feedback if they make a mistake. I can also grade the activity by helping to complete part of the picture if the whole puzzle is too overwhelming. Great app at a great price! ### 4/5 — Great *2012-12-02* I love this app; it is very reminiscent of the "lite brite" toy. It's interesting and keeps the children engaged and interested. My students love this game on the class iPads. My grand children love to play it when they come to visit. The game is great for developing spatial awareness and reasoning. It also teaches the beginnings of geometric concepts such as Cartesian grids.
