Buuuuuuut… I keep getting logged out due to a crash or “inactivity” when I’ve been off the app for a day. I also think that the app is very blank with very little to no customization options. That is all, good job but still needs work 👍 ### 1/5 — They refuse to remove your personal information from their database *2025-08-26* I signed up for the free trial and created a login account. After deciding not to utilize this service I asked them to delete my account. They refuse to do so because the terms of agreement give them the right to keep my email in their system indefinitely. Do not give them your information. No one should trust a service that does not respect your personal information. **Developer response:** Dear jeebee22, According to our sales policy, we hold email addresses used to create free trials for 12 months in order to prevent abuse of free trials. We do not keep customer information in our system indefinitely. From the parent’s perspective, it has been a life saver for homeschooling three kids. They can enter in lesson plans and the kids can follow independently, they use the professional-looking transcripts and report cards, and it integrates with their calendar app so that everyone knows what is going on. From the kids’ point of view, Homeschool Planet has been incredibly useful for keeping track of school. They can easily look up what needs to be done today as well as future assignments, which makes school ten times easier.
