I recommend this app to any marketing company who wants to track their Door To Door sales activity of their sales reps. We can track each of our salesman activity and how good they’re doing. There are icons for the result of each home. There’s an icon for if they’re not home, if they are home and are kinda interested you can put hot lead, if they’re home but are kinda on the fence and need to speak to their significant other you can put revisit. if they’re flat out not interested you can that. if you got an appointment scheduled, etc. the list goes on. my team has used lots of door knocking apps before and this is our favorite. Another thing that deserves a huge mention is the customer service. Erin and Chris are amazing. They are so willing to help out with whatever is going on. Give this app a shot. I came across this app looking for a way to track our canvassers. After downloading and signing up I met with the founder of the app and got to know him and his team. These guys come from real world experience and designed a platform that shows they know what they are doing. We wouldn’t be able to do what we are doing from a process standpoint if it wasn’t for building our process around this app. To be able to track our teams in real time and react appropriately is priceless. Add that to the real data you get from the system and salespeople’s “feelings” about how their day went is no longer than measuring stick. It’s a simple app that we have put in the hands of day 1 hires and they are able to use it in its fullness with very little training. The cost is negligible per month as I would imagine in any vertical one deal more than pays for it. Getting a new software tool for a team to use is always a challenge because of on boarding but because of its simplicity as well as their available support, our whole team has adopted this with ease. Of course there are things they can improve on and since we signed up we have already seen them develop out more features. All I can say is I’m happy we signed up, I’m grateful to Chris and his team for creating a product that is helping us make money, and I highly recommend this platform for anyone who wants to grow and manage a door to door sales team regardless of what your selling. ### 5/5 — Lead Scout *2024-10-03* Lead Scout is a great canvassing app! I found this app and it seemed like worth trying. After signing up, answering a set of questions that I felt had nothing to do with my usage, and providing my business info…I found out you can’t just sign up, pay and use! That’s right! They feel that, even though you run your own business, you’re too stupid to use this without first booking a time with them to talk! Well, no thanks! The app and software they sell you lacks basic functionality and is no better than a pen+paper out in the field. Their data seems skewed and fails to offer any real results. They seemingly do not care about anything other than to get your money using ‘pre-buy’ and then tell you that you weren't working the system correctly. Their system is simply door knocking. I did not find their mailers or app to generate any leads or offer any true value. They continue to raise their prices: almost every quarter and you never know how much you will be charged month-to-month. **Developer response:** This review frankly caught us off guard at first, until we discovered that it did not come from a user, but from a disgruntled person who was trying to harm our employees. We are considering additional action at this time against this person and have reported this review to Apple. We didn’t get one lead from 1000+ post cards they mailed out for us. We didn’t even get to see what was being mailed out to our customers. We did get 20+ scam calls from the phone number they set us up on. Save your money and do your own in house mailers!!! **Developer response:** I'm sorry that you don't feel like our postcards add-on made a difference for you.  We do provide mail previews in our web portal under "Marketing" if you're curious what yours look like, and you can see and control which homes they send to in the app by clicking the address on the map.  We have a record of sending samples to your account in June, would you like us to send them to you again?  It sounds like there were some wires crossed here with expectations and l'd love to make sure you can get the same value out of the app that others find - mail is a small part of our canvassing product and there is so much more to discover! The user interface is very seamless, for training purposes with new hires this app is super simple to learn, which is one of its greatest strength they're not making things overcomplicated, they're giving you the exact tools you need to be successful. They also continue to update the app for improvements, and this shows that they care about producing a quality product and service, and this app will continue to get better and better overtime. I work in roofing and knock a lot of doors, and this app helps me pre-plan every neighborhood I work.... Before I knock, I drive around and mark the houses that have potential, then log the ones where no one answered so I can follow up later. I revisit on Saturdays or after we do installs nearby. It keeps everything organized and helps me stay consistent, even when it gets mentally exhausting. It’s also huge for long-term sales.. being able to see which homes I’ve hit, who I need to go back to, and when, is honestly a big reason I’ve closed deals that would’ve slipped through the cracks otherwise. Also, being able to access the square footage of a home allows me to calculate roof replacement estimates on the fly using a Siri Shortcut I made that's baked into Action Button on my phone.
