Thank you ### 1/5 — Website is better *2022-04-05, version 3.9.2* App keeps saying no properties as I search bc it keeps applying a “map bounds” filter. When I clear that filter, it deletes all properties from the map. WHY?????? Does anyone have an app that allows individuals to research property without being hassled ### 1/5 — Unusable, No option to sign in to existing account. *2021-09-19, version 3.8.2* The app starts off asking you to create an account, (I have one already created via the web site) if I try and create an account in the app it says it already exists. There is no way to log in to an existing account making this app unusable completely. Others have noted the same and it is still not fixed and the app support link seems to take you to another app that you have to have an account for. No end user support, no recourse. I recommend using the web site instead as this app is nit ready for release to the public yet. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2021-07-19, version 3.7.1* It only gives me the option to create an account. I’m unable to sign into my account. So annoying ### 1/5 — Difficult App as I experienced so far *2021-07-03, version 3.6.3* I inadvertently found the website and found a house I was interested in. Tapped the heart to mark it as a favorite. Then sent the information and photo of the house to my both a text and email address. I was asked to download the App which I did. However, with all the continued searching and viewing of various houses that I found, I used an incorrect password and could not remember what I decided to use. I also then questioned which one of my email addresses I used. I was relatively sure of the email address I decided to use but not the password. Now the frustrating part. In order to find my password and or reset it, I have to go through my realtor. Problem is, I DON’T HAVE A REALTOR YET!!!!! I was just browsing and accidentally came across the website and started browsing the list of houses for the zip code I entered. So...... how do I reset my password if I do not have a realtor????? If I can not reset it, I will just go ahead and delete the App. ### 2/5 — Pages on listings doesn’t load *2021-06-16, version 3.6.3* I can see the results but if I click on the listing as it does is stay on a loading screen. Saved searches disappear, favorited homes don’t show up in the favorites list, the filter screen sometimes comes up blank with no controls or way to reset it. I have to clear my entire search then create a new one to edit the filters again. When viewing pictures, I can’t zoom in on the photos without it changing to the next picture, the directions link sometimes doesn’t take me anywhere when opening the maps app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-02-03, version 3.16.0* Nothing in relationship to the filters I added. If you could disable swipe down to close it would much nicer ### 1/5 — Fixed something that wasn’t broke *2024-09-09, version 3.16.0* I really liked this app. It worked well until about 2 or 3 months ago and now it doesn’t work at all. I get into the app and when I find a potential home to look at, I click on the house and it just sets there thinking about it FOREVER and never opens. I thought maybe it was the app needing to be updated but that is not the case. I also would get daily emails from my realtor with new homes on the market and just as this app quit working, I also lost all the listings that were being emailed to me daily. Maybe they don’t like me any longer 🤷‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Unable to Use *2024-06-16, version 3.16.0* This app is so glitchy. It’s a waste of time and very frustrating. One minute I am able to log in, the next minute it says I don’t have an account. A website would be a ton better, and there doesn’t seem to be one. Can’t change the password (the one provided is better than a random one provided for you bank account). Can’t hide properties or areas you are not interested in. The change password screen puts a phone keyboard over the SAVE button, and you can’t remove the keyboard. Great thought put into the design! TINY screen and only scrolls up or down. Definitely made for a phone, not a tablet or desktop. Just poor. Performed a search for newest listing, and it show three week old property first. I can search Zillow and do better! I am not sure why my realtor sent me this to use. I will be asking. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2023-01-08, version 3.15.0* Don’t answer any of the questions. They are just fishing for information. The app won’t let you in without an agent’s approval.
