It was so easy to synchronize and it stayed synchronized the whole game. I can’t believe no one thought of this earlier! What a game changer! **Developer response:** Okay, you’re making us blush. Thanks for being a Homestream superfan! ### 5/5 — The future is here! WDE *2026-09-07* The Product delivers like Eric Winters at the goal line! The quality and value are there. Give me Andy and Jason Campbell over the national announcers every Saturday. **Developer response:** Thanks for listening with Homestream! ### 5/5 — A must-have for fans *2026-09-07* Love this app. As an Auburn fan, being able to hear our local announcers with the game is awesome. War Eagle! **Developer response:** We love to hear it! Thanks for putting Homestream to the game-day test. Here’s to many more perfectly synced calls! ### 5/5 — Easy to Use and Perfect Sync *2026-09-07* We used Homestream to listen to the Learfield broadcast while watching the 9/5 Duke vs Tulane football game, and it worked very well. How wonderful to hear David Shumate instead of the TV announcers! Homestream is very easy to use. Within the app, you merely point your phone at the ‘Scoreboard’ at the bottom of the TV screen, and Homestream does the rest. We were perfectly in sync. They do allow for manual adjustment, but it was not needed. We can’t wait to use it for Basketball games!! **Developer response:** We love hearing that! Thanks for being part of the Homestream crew. ### 5/5 — Great way to watch a game *2026-09-07* Synced up perfectly for me. Elevated the game experience and now I won’t have that feeling of dread when I see Jesse Palmer is in the booth. ### 5/5 — Huge sports fan *2026-09-07* I downloaded Homestream and it worked great ! Initial sync went well . The audio sync was tight with the video all game . This is a game changer ! I will be using it all season ! **Developer response:** Now THAT'S a review we can get behind! Thanks for letting Homestream be part of your game-day experience! ### 5/5 — Incredible solution *2026-09-07* I couldn’t be a bigger fan of the platform. Our family watches every Duke game and have been begging for this solution for years. Syncs occur fast, easy to adjust as needed. **Developer response:** That’s exactly why we built Homestream! Thanks for giving us a listen—and for being one of the superfans! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not worth $ *2026-09-13* Rip off, didn’t work **Developer response:** We assure you - it works! Please contact our support team and we'll get you going! support@homestream.app ### 1/5 — Not Voiceover Friendly *2026-09-12* I am blind and use voiceover accessibility to use my phone. I never could create an account and login due to inability to type my email address. I kept clicking to type, but the keyboard never appeared. Too bad. I was looking forward to listening to the game. **Developer response:** We'd love another chance to get you in the game! Can you please reach-out to support@homestream.app so we can make that happen? ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2026-09-12* Got a discount code that was advertised as applicable for either a season or single game, yet it’s only valid for a season. Then, when trying to sync, it can’t do it if you’re not within “360 seconds” meaning if you paused the game to buy the app and set it up, you either have to miss the game or listen on tv anyway. **Developer response:** We hate to hear the experience wasn't what you expected. It is true that the current sync-window is limited to 5 mins from live. We're working on a longer sync-window and plan to begin offering that soon! ### 1/5 — Craptastic *2026-09-06* Dropped after 1.5 Minutes x55 attempts. Can slide time to match video feed; however, NOT stable in any form. Hard pass More frustrating to work this platform than listen to the talking heads. Too bad. When it worked it was fun! WDE **Developer response:** Hi - we had a small number of users affected by this during the Auburn Baylor game on 9/5/26. We've since identified and remedied this issue. Please reach out to us directly (support@homestream.app) as we'd love to make this right! ### 1/5 — False advertising. *2026-08-25* You have to pay to use the app Its not mentioned on the app listing. This is in direct violation of app store guidelines. **Developer response:** Hi - we have In-App Purchases set to 'Yes' in the App Store listing along with our pricing clearly stated. Our season packages come to $3/game for basketball and $6/game for football - cost of a beverage or snack! ### 5/5 — Incredible, 5 Stars *2026-10-02* I first saw Homestream and thought “please let this work I want this so badly”… and it was so easy to get setup and works sooo smoothly. It’s perfect. I can’t have enough great things to say about it! If you’re a real fan you get it… this is how sports should be watched **Developer response:** That’s music to our ears!
