• Track progress on the slow decisions. Childcare, pediatrician and life
  insurance now hold your steps and your notes, so touring three daycares
  doesn't live in six text threads.

• "Waiting on them." Once you've joined a waitlist or filed with HR, we
  stop asking. Nothing needed from you until they come back — and we'll
  remind you if they go quiet too long.

• New guidance for cord blood banking: what to look for, what to avoid,
  and when the kit has to ship.

Your plan just got fuller.

This update adds the things that are easiest to leave too late — childbirth, lactation and infant CPR classes, leave paperwork, postpartum recovery supplies, and the newborn paperwork nobody warns you about. Anything that needs booking ahead now nudges you weeks early, so nothing lands on the day it's due.

The first-year list also includes a postpartum checkup for the person who gave birth, not just the baby.

It's already in your plan when you open the app. Nothing to set up.

• Notes on any checklist item — the class you booked, who to call, what it cost.
• Tap something on your home screen and it opens that item, not a list.
• A calmer checklist: sections stay folded until you want them, and finished work moves out of the way.
