## What is HomeTabs?

HomeTabs helps people who share a home stay on top of bills, rent, and everyday coordination, without a group chat full of screenshots and "did anyone pay this yet?"

AI READS YOUR BILLS FOR YOU
Share a utility bill straight from the share sheet: a photo, a screenshot, or a PDF. HomeTabs' AI scans it, pulls out the amount, the billing period, and the company, and adds it for you. It lands in a review queue so anyone in the home can check it before it counts.

ONE HOME, EVERYONE ON THE SAME PAGE
Invite housemates with a link. Approve or decline requests to join. Assign owner, manager, or member roles, and promote, demote, or remove people as your household changes.

RENT AND PAYMENTS AT A GLANCE
See what's owed, what's been paid, and how the numbers split, for rent and for every utility bill, without digging through messages.

A PLACE TO TALK ABOUT THE HOUSE
A simple household board for announcements, questions, and everything that isn't worth its own chat thread. Notifications tell everyone when something needs attention: a new post, a join request, an approval.

HomeTabs is built for roommates, flatmates, and anyone splitting a home with people who'd rather spend five minutes now than sort out a disagreement about money later.
