It shouldn't be stressful when you're trying to log in to make a payment. It is slow to respond, it asks to verify your device every time you want to do anything, it never accepts the verification code it sends you. The app would be acceptable if it were downloaded for use on the iPhone 3G but it is majorly outdated. It makes me concerned about the user safety on the back-end. I have called several branches asking for help using the app and getting transactions to go through and have been told “I don’t know what to tell you… we don’t work on the app.” I’ve never had someone refuse to take my money but that’s not the apps fault… but not supporting the apps failures is a considering in reviewing an apps performance. Overall, you’re better off just bookmarking the webpage in the browser.
