Your home's maintenance, handled. HomeTend keeps home repairs, recurring jobs, photos, receipts and trusted tradespeople together. Start with one thing that needs doing, then build a useful record of your home over time. TURN A PHOTO INTO A TASK Spot a leak, a worn filter or something that needs fixing? Take a photo, choose one from your library, or type a short title. AI can help draft the task. Review it, save it to your home, then add a date or reminder when you're ready. STAY ON TOP OF RECURRING JOBS Set up regular maintenance such as changing filters, cleaning gutters or servicing equipment. Complete a recurring task and HomeTend creates its next occurrence. See what's overdue, what's coming up and which jobs need booking. KEEP EVERY REPAIR'S RECORD Keep photos, notes and receipts with the task they belong to. Record costs and who did the work, so the next time a problem comes up you have the details at hand. HomeTend Plus adds AI receipt extraction to help capture the vendor, date and total. KEEP YOUR HOME'S PEOPLE TOGETHER Save your plumber, electrician, gardener and other trusted tradespeople in your home's contact book. Connect them to the jobs they work on and reach them from the app. SHARE THE WORK Invite your partner or household to the same home. Keep tasks, calendars and contacts together so everyone can see what needs doing. GIVE YOUR HOME A CHECKUP Guided home inspection is still included. Walk through your home at your own pace, photograph what you find and mark items as passing or needing attention. Turn findings into tasks, save your inspection and email its report. The inspection walk and your own assessments are free. Try one AI inspection check per account for free; further AI inspection checks require HomeTend Plus. AI assessments can be wrong: you stay in control, and HomeTend does not replace a licensed professional inspection. FREE TO START Start without creating a login. The free plan includes one property, up to 25 open tasks, limited AI photo scans, photos and receipts on tasks, household sharing, reminders and guided checklists. HOMETEND PLUS Plus adds more capacity and tools for keeping your home records: unlimited open tasks, additional properties and photo storage, AI receipt extraction, home record export and AI inspection assessments.
