Three showings in and every kitchen runs together. The home you loved on Saturday is a blur by Tuesday, and the two of you remember it differently. HomeThoughts keeps what you noticed, in your own words, and helps you decide. It shows which home fits you best on what you said matters, why it leads, and what could still change it. KNOW WHICH HOME FITS YOU BEST • See your best match so far, with the reasons behind it • Line your homes up side by side: price, scores, drive time, and your priorities • Early on, it tells you it's early. With thin notes, it waits instead of guessing. • When your gut and your notes disagree, or the two of you do, it shows both so you can talk it through STAY IN THE TOUR, NOT ON YOUR PHONE • Say what you think out loud and keep walking. Voice notes turn into text right on your iPhone. • Skip typing the specs. Point your camera at the listing sheet and the details fill in. • Keep your hands free. Ask Siri to start a tour or add a thought. • Catch the feeling before it fades. Rate your first impression, 1 to 10, on the way to the car. EVERY TOUR, SUMMED UP • A summary for every home: what you loved, what to check, and your notes room by room • A summary for every neighborhood you explore • Find out if the commute works before you fall in love. Drive times to work or school. WALK INTO THE NEXT TOUR READY • Questions for your agent, written from what you noticed, ready to send • A short list of what to look at again when you go back • Tell your agent which home you've chosen in one tap DECIDE IT TOGETHER • Link your partner and you both work from one shared search • Whatever either of you captures shows up for both of you • One purchase covers you both NOTHING YOU NOTICED GETS LOST • Every place on a map, with your favorites and the ones you ruled out • Search by what you remember, not by the address you forgot • Send family one clean link instead of forty photos • Nothing leaves your phone until you send it Your words stay yours. Every lean comes from your own notes and priorities, and HomeThoughts says so. It never judges a neighborhood by who lives there, and it recommends, it never tells you to buy. WHAT IT COSTS Tour as many homes and neighborhoods as you like, and read a summary of every one, for free. Your first AI summaries are free too. One purchase, never a subscription, unlocks unlimited AI summaries, the comparison with your best match, questions for your agent, and local market trends. It covers you and your partner. Built for buyers. No listings, no ads.
