The new version does not seem to work for me. Never will work to log in, always get the call support message. Inconvenient and doesn’t seem like progress. ### 1/5 — Painful *2026-07-01, version 26.1.360* I’ve had a checking account with a large national bank for years. Never have any issues. Not only do I need to change my password every 15 minutes with this app it constantly stops allowing Face ID. Oh and now today I can’t deposit enough money to pay my mortgage in one check. Wiping my saved username and password. The fingerprint feature for iPhone is nice, but at this point my fingerprint won’t work either to open up my account. And it always gives me the “call your bank because we can’t verify your credentials” blurp. Very annoying. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2020-12-29, version 20.1.20* I like the app and I think it’s nice but after a while it won’t let you enter your password and make you reset it, which takes like 20 minutes. And Face ID will randomly turn off when I had it on. It’s high key annoying. Nothing else though.
