Nothing. No error message or anything. I checked for updates and there weren’t any. Went to Highschool game gate agent said the app was working again. Attempted to purchase 2 tickets. Page said failed. Tried 3 more times. Each time with failure. Minutes later I received 4 emails with 2 tickets each. 4 cc charges. They overcharged me, don’t have proper payment protocol in place to avoid overcharge when their app is showing broken. No customer service. Called once open at 3pm! Who opens at 3pm. No human available. Leave a message. Here is my message: AWFUL APP AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. For some reason I am not able to add my ticket to my Apple wallet. Every attempt I get this extremely long digital look code. I then signed into the Hometown app and it says I have no tickets 😕. I went back to the university app, accessed Hometown from there which showed I was logged in. I clicked the my tickets and I see I have a ticket. I’m now confused if I actually have a ticket. I entered the required profile information on the app which still says I have no tickets. Pretty frustrated since the event I’m attending is Homecoming ### 1/5 — Once again this app is garbage *2025-09-28, version 4.10.1* This app never works. It literally will not let you buy tickets without praying to the hometown fan ticketing gods. Once you do, the tickets aren’t in the app. They get sent to your email. I killed the app and all my open apps. When I went back to the event I chose 1 ticket, it then when I viewed my cart I had 2 tickets. This was a total of $88. No one comes together so I would send everyone a screenshot of their ticket to get them in the gates. This check in feature completely blows that up. My elderly mother cannot manage an app to check in, let alone figure out how to buy a ticket. Magically once in a while you see them… When you do screenshot them because they will disappear and you will be stuck at a game holding up the line trying to find your passes again! If at all possible avoid this app. Would give zero stars but not an option ### 1/5 — Triple charged me *2026-07-05, version 4.15.1* I was trying to purchase a package of game passes for my daughter’s high school games. It was a ten pack. However, it did not go through. So an about an hour later I tried again timed out. Ok I tried one last time in the parking lot of the game and it went through. I was so happy! Well about two weeks later I checked my account and sure enough I was charged for each on that I thought did not go through. All together it was a couple hundred dollars. There was no place to call or email to get refunded. I am very unhappy. And will never purchase again from this app. Not until there is a place to find a number or email or anything. And don’t say anything about the school because they say they can’t do anything about it.
