The plumber did not complete the work and kept demanding extra money beyond the agreed price. Totally unprofessional and misleading. Feels like cheating customers. Not recommended at all! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by HomeTriangle. The plumber assigned to my job failed to complete the work properly and started demanding extra payment beyond the agreed amount. Despite my repeated requests, he left the job incomplete and made false excuses. This behavior is unprofessional and clearly an attempt to cheat customers. I request HomeTriangle to take strict action against such technicians and ensure proper accountability and customer protection. ### 1/5 — thy don’t have cancellation option and security *2025-06-28* I made a request for plumber and the app showed option as “now” . I made the request. But the plumber called me after 1.5 hrs till now we have made a booking in another app. Now the plumber is sending me screenshots and audio recordings with my address and phone number. how is this secure to use? the man has access to my location. On top of that they charge the plumber with some fees if the booking is bot completed instead they should have an option to cancel . With no fault of the plumber who thinks I just booked for fun and now refusing the service , he has to pay a charge. They can given me an option to cancel or something. ### 1/5 — Worst service please do not use this app *2025-06-22* I booked a service to remove blockage in bathroom , and very next day a plumber arrived and called asked all the details , The only thing is i reside at different place and at service place my mother was there , service man did not complete the issue also the blockage was not removed at all , plumber called me to my number and said that service completed and please gpay rs 1000 to my number , i consiciously asked if the service was completed and he said everything was pakka and blockage will not happen, i believed what he said and transferred the amount. My mother called me and said the blockage was not removed and She asked the person to not to do anything as he was not professional and the person he brought with him along is not aware of the services to be done looks like the plumber brought the helper randomly. Without even repair completed he demanded for the amount and went . Such a fradulent activity this is. I think the app home triangle should involve professionals with utmost diligence. I need my money back or the service should be addressed accordingly ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-06-22* I booked the service on June 21st for the same day by 12 PM, for complete kitchen cleaning cost of 1600 They called at 1 pm and told the road is blocked they cannot reach on time, we kept calling every half an hour and around 3:30 they told they will come by 5 but no show again when we tried to call he sent another person , and for the bad luck there was power cut and he denied cleaning upper shelf’s ( which has to be covered as per package) despite of request he didn’t accept then I tried calling customer care then they called the person and tried to clean we had to stand there and requested him to do every nook and corner then he has not cleaned anything properly completely waste service I would never recommend any one or I would never book service with them Again…. Waste of money , waste of time pathetic experience ### 1/5 — Pathetic service and Overcharging for Door Lock Repair Service *2025-06-16* I recently used your service for the first time to book a door lock repair. The issue was resolved in less than five minutes, involving only a simple screw adjustment. However, I was surprised when the technician mentioned that ₹399 would go to HomeTriangle, and he charged an additional ₹1,000 for his services. In total, I ended up paying ₹1,400 for a minor fix, which feels like a significant overcharge. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I do not intend to use your service again, and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family to caution them as well. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-05-22* I booked a gas stove service through the HomeTriangle app, and SLV Trading Company was the allotted service provider. The technician came home, diagnosed the issue, and said that the gas stove needed to be taken to the service station. I agreed. The diagnosis included: 1. Deep cleaning 2. Replacement of 3 burners and a few small parts They agreed to replace the worn-out burners with original Faber brass burners, and I consented to this. However, when the gas stove was returned, I was surprised to see a different brand (Sabaf) burner. The technician insisted they were the same. Upon closer inspection, only one of the three new burners was from Sabaf, and the other two had no branding at all. None of the burners came in original packaging or had any identifiable branding. When I asked for a GST bill, they stated that GST would be added on top of the MRP, which I did not understand, as GST is usually included in the MRP. They also refused to include my name on the bill, citing company policy. This is a serious case of fraud. Had I not noticed the one Sabaf burner and the two unbranded ones, the technician would have completed the service and left. Additionally, the final bill included extra parts and was higher than the initially agreed amount. I will escalate this matter to the consumer court if it is not resolved amicably. ### 1/5 — Works on guesswork *2025-03-10* There is no location logic to the handymen it recommends. They can be as far as 15km away. In some cases, it gives you a service provider who does something similar to the service you need. Again guesswork hoping the two of you can work it out lol. If you simply add a service to your cart and leave it for a while to return to it, it auto books it for you with the option to pay on arrival. WTH. There is no option to cancel a booking. No customer care. And in the meantime, the poor handyman has been deducted a fee for having been recommended to you. It’s too late for them by the time you manage to call them and tell them you never booked. Seems like a greedy company hoping the client and service providers can figure things out for themselves while they always win on every potential booking by taking a cut from the service provider. ### 1/5 — Incomplete Sofa Repair and Fraudulent Service by Mehful Ali (Home Tringle) *2024-09-06* I booked through your platform, Home Tringle. I contacted a provider listed on your website, Mehful Ali, whose details were validated by your team, and he had a 5-star rating on your site. Based on this, I trusted his services. I shared photographs of my sofa with him and requested a quote for replacing both the clothes and the foam. The initial quote was ₹15,000, and after discussing the full scope of work, we agreed on ₹13,500. The critical part of my request was the complete replacement of the foam, as I had a back injury and needed to ensure the sofa provided proper support. However, after making the payment, I discovered that only the fabric was replaced, and instead of replacing the foam, a hard layer was added on top of the existing problematic foam and springs. This has made the sofa even more uncomfortable, and my back issues have worsened as a result. Despite multiple attempts, Mehful Ali is no longer responding to my calls, and I haven’t received any invoice for the service. I feel cheated and misled, especially since Home Tringle had validated this provider. I trusted your platform to ensure quality service and provider credibility, but this has resulted in a poor experience and financial loss. ### 1/5 — Zero Accountability *2024-04-26* I had a Godrej AC Service requirement, where my AC was not switching ON. I called for a service using this app, and the service professionals came in 3-4 hours after placing the service request. They detected the issue accurately and informed me that a PCB repair or replacement is required, which was not in their scope now. They charged me the mentioned fee of ₹600 and promised me that I will receive a call back from the company with a solution to my problem. They also promised that the ₹600 fee that they have charged for the visit will be adjusted with the full payment of PCB repair/replacement. It was 30 March 2024 and today is 26th April 2024. There have been no calls/texts/emails from the company. There has been no accountability shown by the company at all. If they cannot resolve the issue due to unavailability of spare parts (PCB) or lack in the expertise to repair they should not charge any visit charges. I suggest you to call for service to the manufacturer instead of using this app. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app *2023-06-04* Their service partner are wrost in the city. I booked, they installed water purifier after 10 minutes it’s not working . I asked multiple times he said return your product. And asked me for uninstalled charges . He even didn’t want to come to check the issue. After requesting he said will come at 2’o clock . I called 2:30 . He said he will come at 4’0 clock . I called 4 :10 , he said he will come at 6 ‘ O clock . Then he is not picked the call. Then call next day he is saying , he is out of station, and doesn’t want to talk. I booked service from urbanclp . Their service partner saying , previously installed wrong way . Summary is this app hire unprofessional people . Then he spoke with someone who asked him for photos and videos and what all, then they provided me an OTP and after all that 20 minutes drama the guy told me to check my WhatsApp for the work estimate. As I checked I was bewildered to see a work estimate for Rs468/ for applying white cement provided by me. I refused to get the job done so again the guy called up someone and told him that I was not willing to get the work done paying so much after which he again got back to me offering to do the work for Rs 300/. I refused and payed for the visiting charges of Rs 199/ and asked the person to leave without getting the work done. It’s a rogue app and I would never recommend this app to anyone ### 1/5 — Very disappointed service from HomeTriangle *2026-06-22* I booked a bed bug treatment service that came with a claimed 45-day warranty. Unfortunately, I started seeing bed bugs again within just 2 days of the treatment. When I raised a complaint, instead of honoring the warranty, the customer support team tried to sell me another service costing around ₹8,000–₹10,000. After I refused, they said they would speak with the vendor and get back to me, but nobody followed up. I raised another complaint after 10 days. Once again, I received a call trying to sell the same additional service. After refusing, I was told someone would contact me shortly, but again there was no response. After nearly 20 days, I raised a third complaint. This time, I was told to wait another 15–20 days before they could even look into the issue. Throughout the entire process, I received excuses and sales pitches instead of a resolution. The problem remained unresolved, and after weeks of frustration, I eventually had to sell my bed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. The treatment was ineffective, the warranty was not honored, and the customer support was extremely disappointing. The person came did his work but forgot to complete and as I am calling the person again he’s not picking up the phone. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2026-05-01* I would not recommend “Ayushi Services”. They did a poor job. I had a very disappointing experience with HomeTriangle after being connected to Ayush Cleaning Services. I was charged ₹5400 for what was advertised as a “move-in cleaning,” but the actual service fell far short of expectations. The team mostly did basic vacuuming and nothing close to a deep clean. Important areas like curtain rods were completely ignored, and many stains in the bathroom were left untouched. For the bathroom, they simply poured water and dragged it with a stick there was no proper scrubbing On top of that, they asked for an additional ₹500 tip, which felt unreasonable given the poor quality of work. I also noticed that if you don’t constantly monitor them, they tend to skip tasks. When asked to redo or properly clean something, they give excuses instead of fixing it. For example, they mentioned they would bring proper cleaning liquid “next time” for the bathroom which makes no sense since I already paid for a full service. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend “Ayushi Services”, and I expected much better quality control from HomeTriangle as well. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs- No service after payment *2026-03-31* We engaged Nikhil Pest control for pest control and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The technician was extremely unprofessional and became completely unresponsive after the e service. Despite their clear policy of providing follow up within a month if the issue persists, no action was taken even after repeated calls and messages. Customer support was no better- only empty promises and no resolution. No follow-up service, no accountability, and no refund. Honestly I would not even give 1 star- being forced to give me to post this review. Strongly advise others to stay away from their services. ### 1/5 — Very unprofessional. Better to go with urban compaany *2026-03-01* The technician arrived without proper professional presentation or protective standards and did not provide any prior instructions about necessary precautions. I was not informed that household items needed to be covered or moved before spraying, which resulted in chemical solution being splashed onto surfaces and even coming into contact with my feet. Additionally, the chemical canister was placed directly on my kitchen countertop, which is a food preparation area. This reflects extremely poor hygiene and safety practice and is unacceptable during a chemical treatment service. A trained technician is expected to: • clearly explain preparation and safety precautions before starting work • handle chemicals responsibly • maintain hygiene standards inside a customer’s home • avoid contaminating kitchen or personal spaces This entire process was handled carelessly and caused unnecessary distress and safety concerns. I expect this feedback to be taken seriously and appropriate training and supervision to be ensured going forward. ### 1/5 — Scam fraud company *2026-01-28* Non-existent customer service. Upon calling customer care 100 times in a given day, and sending ~20 emails to them, no response was received from the customer service department. This app is a scam. I raised a plumbing service request and waited 4 full days with zero resolution. No plumber was assigned, no proper follow-up was done, and finally my online requests were silently cancelled without any explanation. This shows a serious lack of operational accountability and poor customer handling. Wasting a customer’s time and cancelling requests without consent is unacceptable and unprofessional. This platform creates an illusion of service availability, but in reality, it fails to deliver at the ground level. Such practices mislead customers and raise serious trust concerns. HomeTriangle must contact me immediately and resolve my issue. Technician “Laxmi Narshima Services” visited, removed the geyser, tightened a screw, and claimed the water leakage issue was fixed. Despite my doubts, he assured me it would hold and that he’d revisit if needed. I trusted him and paid ₹600. The leakage returned the next day. When I called, he started avoiding my calls. I escalated via your support team, who initially responded and promised resolution, but they’ve since stopped picking up. My ticket has been open since December 21st with zero updates—my ₹600 is gone, and this was my first (and likely last) experience with Home Triangle. This is unacceptable service. Escalation head, any update?
