## What is Hometric?

Most people own thousands of dollars of stuff and have no idea if their insurance covers it. When something gets stolen, lost in a move, or destroyed, the burden of proof falls on you — and "I had a TV in the living room" doesn't get you paid.

Hometric fixes that. Walk through your house, snap photos, and AI does the rest.

WHAT IT DOES

• Photograph any room. AI identifies each item, estimates its replacement value, and builds an itemized inventory automatically.

• Enter your coverage details. Type in your coverage amount, deductible, and the perils your policy includes — and learn what terms like ACV vs. RCV and common sub-limits mean, in plain language.

• Check your coverage. Hometric compares your total inventory value against the coverage amount you enter, so you can spot where you may fall short.

• Built for claims. Every item carries a photo, description, estimated value, and date. Export a report and submit it when you need to.

FEATURES

• Photo-to-inventory in seconds — AI recognizes furniture, electronics, clothing, art, appliances, and more
• Per-room organization — group items by where they live
• Coverage check — compare your inventory's total value against the coverage amount you enter
• Plain-language coverage education — understand sub-limits, deductibles, and commonly excluded perils
• Estimated replacement values with a low/high range (estimates, not appraisals)
• High-value flagging for items you may want to schedule separately
• Sign in with Apple — private, secure, no password to remember
• Your data is private to your account, secured in transit, and deletable at any time

WHO IT'S FOR

• Homeowners who've never documented their stuff
• Renters whose landlord's policy doesn't cover their belongings
• Anyone who just moved, just renovated, or just inherited
• People who suspect they're under-insured but don't know by how much

PRIVACY

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. Your photos and inventory live in your account and exist to help you — that's it. Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes with it.

Know what you own. Understand your coverage.

This app is such a great idea. Super simple to use. I just snapped photos of my rooms and it catalogs all my items for my home insurance policy. I can’t imagine trying to remember every little thing that was in each room if I ever had a fire and had to list it out from memory.
