I cannot talk to my daughter because of it. It just keeps saying cannot fetch data. The reviews are being ignored apparently, seeing as I’m having the same issues other people had months ago. If you didn’t fix their accounts you probably won’t be fixing mine either and that’s disappointing. Whoever is running the show needs to be reevaluated. And P.S. if these issues are not resolved in a timely manner you have no business being allowed to operate within the Apple store. Logged into App 14 times in one day and it just kept logging me of after 5 minutes….then a pile of notifications come in 🤯 Update, App will log you off randomly and not let you know. You will receive multiple notifications that inmate is online yet know way to acknowledge them or message back. Update, I added funds , then added inmate funds- now I can only see inmate funds on the app. What happened to my other funds? Do I have to buy funds separately for both of us!!?? Product is misleading. Update, as an ordained minister the process to be approved is challenging because I was required to personally go to the jail to register as clergy yet was then told to go home and wait for approval and a call. In addition messaging was turned off by the jail and so was scheduling calls!!? What is this even for except to impoverish people in poverty and deny access?? I am not sure how such a rudimentary product got rolled out. I. am new to the app and nothing is intuitive except collecting your money. Sending messages does not even have a prompt after you select the option. Scheduling visits just goes into “Updating” forever stuck loop. As clergy I find this no contact trend disturbing and now the apps fall short of even connecting to the inmates. Will be back to update if I ever speak to an inmate. ### 1/5 — Why blur family member surroundings? *2026-01-20, version 2.24.0* I guess the new update now blurs the background of whoever is talking to the inmate. It makes things harder to see and very distracting. You already charge a lot, now you do this? We do appreciate the app letting us be able to talk to our loved ones, but the connectivity has now become an issue. I will test my connection and audio within the app and see a strong connection, but then when I actually accept the call, the inmate is unable to see me or hear me. Or, I just freeze completely. The app was perfect before but this began happening in March. I did report this bug within the app as well! Please help, as I can see all recent complaints are of the freezing/connection. I understand why we have to re-login in multiple times, as facilities require you to actually authenticate you’re the person they are trying to reach, but this also causes delays when trying to accept a call. It seems to freeze at a higher rate when doing so. Can we please fix ASAP as we are all spending money to speak to our loved ones, and every call takes money— REGARDLESS if the call was successful or not.
