### 1/5 — No Stars For This Junk

*2024-06-02*

Horrid app and horrid device. Bought it because code requires a fan and we already had a light and switch. Wanted LED light but did not want a bulb. All these products have useless connectivity that I neither want nor need. What the box does not say is that internet connectivity is required to set it up. Why the thing needs to be on a network to get the fan working must be some evil plot. Getting it connected to a secure home network was awkward at best, and the app helps not at all. The device seems to randomize MAC address, useful on a mobile device, but why on a home network? That done, the thing is now off my network. It had better keep working so disconnected. Now, all the bathroom fan devices I’ve looked at do not have mounting tabs for either orientation. This junk had to be installed with screws through the side. What is wrong with these companies? Wish I had just bought the one that needed a bulb. I got dozens in a box. From now on, the words “works with…” is a warning to not buy.

### 1/5 — Insanity

*2024-03-21, version 2.0.0*

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. If you need support you better have all day because they won’t answer the phone and it will take hours for them to call you back. Their products required independent network and multiple apps downloaded out on your phone. Just turn on. if you have purchased this product, take it back immediately

### 1/5 — Problems

*2024-03-10, version 2.0.0*

Nothing but issues with this bathroom fan, never again will I purchase from your company.

### 1/5 — Setup straight up doesnt work

*2023-10-14, version 1.0*

Tried to connect manually and by scanning but both are duds.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Zero stars

*2026-04-17, version 4.0.0*

This app will not connect my two fans to a 2.4ghz network that my iPhone is on. It does not discover any networks. The directions for the fan are not clear, with multiple paths offered to try and do anything. I would not buy ANY products that use this app.

### 1/5 — Exhaust fan stops working.

*2026-02-27, version 4.0.0*

The fan will randomly stop activating when you turn on the light switch like others have said. You have to find your phone and turn on the fan from the application.
Wow.
Surprising to me products are developed and released and sold in big box stores and the most common uses of a product aren’t even tested before they sell it.

### 1/5 — Never connects, garbage, multi-faceted instructions

*2025-12-07, version 4.0.0*

Title says it all. The app and device are garbage. Avoid at all costs.

### 1/5 — Poor functionality

*2025-07-09, version 3.0.0*

Setup is extremely complicated, should not be this hard

### 1/5 — Fan won’t even power on WiFi

*2025-06-21, version 3.0.0*

Can’t test or anything until wifi is connected. Can not test functionality or wiring without WiFi. Can’t use for new builds or remodels without WiFi.

### 1/5 — Terrible product

*2024-12-08, version 2.0.0*

Been trying to use the old app and it only lets me play music from stored on my phone. Thought this might be better but immediately requires me to register and create an account. To play music through my Bluetooth speaker fan….. I hope everyone refuses to give up personal info to this company

### 1/5 — No wifi – no fan

*2024-11-04, version 2.0.0*

It's actually that stupid. When the wifi connection is lost, the bathroom fan starts flashing the light and disables the fan. The main function it's supposedly designed to perform. Your internet provider is now responsible for your bathroom humidity.
Not even mentioning the fan won't start working out of the box unless you install the app. It's extremely annoying, never again will I buy their product

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2024-08-26, version 2.0.0*

The most unintuitive useless app. I have used in a very long time! I am completely disgusted with the product and replacing it with something that actually works. Ridiculously ridiculously unacceptably terrible. And I want them to pay me for the hours I’ve lost trying to get this to respond.

### 1/5 — No Stars For This Junk

The device seems to randomize MAC address, useful on a mobile device, but why on a home network? That done, the thing is now on my network. Then it went off my network. Works for days or a day. Needed resetting and starting over. Hate it. Hate them. It had better keep working.
Weeks later…
I’ve been testing it daily and it continues to work. However, I have little faith in it continuing to do so. Afraid if I don’t use it, it will fail when I do and need resetting. Still wish I bought anything else.
Additionally, all the bathroom fans I’ve looked at do not have mounting tabs for either orientation. This junk had to be installed with screws through the side. What is wrong with these companies? Wish I had just bought the one that needed a bulb. I got dozens in a box. From now on, the words “works with…” is a warning to not buy.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good Product

*2026-03-24, version 4.0.0*

Not sure why everyone is hating, the product has been good for 2 years, a Wi-Fi smart fan for bathroom. The app isn’t very good Interms of ui and feels like the default Chineseui, however if you pair it to Alexa and Google home, then I use the Google home app to control it. It works well, and even to change the finer settings like light temperature, this app is totally usable.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2024-08-07*

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I’ve had a smart fan from this company for over a year, so far so good other then a time it made noice but that was due to the installation being incorrect. Don’t rly use this app just use Alexa but the app looks clean and product is good. At least my unit, idk bout other people. I’m NoT a bot.
