I’ve been trying to connect my robot vacuum to the app for over two weeks but keep getting different error messages. I’ve emailed the app developer but they haven’t replied. It’s incredibly frustrating when the app is the only way of using several features on the vacuum 👎🏼

For those having issues setting up your vacuum, Make sure your Wifi name is not very long. I had Error 400 come up when connecting it to the work and the name was the problem. 

DEVELOPERS:
I want to be able to make presets. I should be able to make a routine with power levels and navigation methods (e.g edge, double, etc...) at certain times of the day. 

I want to be able to control my robot with the vacuum on, for when the robot misses a spot.

Any chance we could see room mapping?

Geht im Prinzip gar nicht bei so einem Produkt.
Nehmt Geld dafür aber macht den Support richtig!

Das einrichten ist im ersten Moment etwas holprig, aber mit etwas Geduld läuft dann alles perfekt.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Amazon Alexa erkennt den Staubsauger nur als „Schalter“. Das funktioniert zwar einwandfrei, jedoch weiß ich nicht was es noch für Features geben könnte, wenn das Gerät auch als Staubsauger erkannt wird.

Finde es traurig das man in der heutigen Zeit unbedingt eine 2,4GHz Verbindung braucht, weil 5GHz nicht unterstützt wird. Nur um den Staubsauger mit einer App los zu schicken.
