My husband and I use this app for everything!!!! Investing on this app was the best thing we did! ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-03-31, version 1.0.10* This software absolutely sucked. Little things where automations would turn off without any reason, the inability to export data without a higher plan, many emails not sending, and many more things. My cortisol levels were higher than a skydiver pulling the chute ripcord twice every time I opened this interface and began working with it. Not only that, but their plans are very weird and they only offer a couple of them, all of which are very expensive for the return. An example of the problem with this software is the inability to take the “budgeted hours” off of the client PDF when they want to download a pdf on an estimate. So if I put 10 budgeted hours down for a job, the customer will see that. If that customer then sees I only took 8 hours, they won’t be happy. I’ll give the devil his credit, their customer service is next to none. It’s awesome. But customer service matters if you have something functional to actually service, this software is not that. Our admin is running so much smoother with the automations and operations and sales is much more trackable than our last crm. Customer service is also top notch! There were so many bugs that the features sold to me didn’t work. So much for the good will of Mike Andes. I wish I was told the honest state of the product before they took my credit card. There’s a reason there is no free trial and the other CRMs do have a free trial!!!! And I even got pressured for an annual subscription because of a soon pricing hike. Thank gawd I went monthly! They have a Facebook page that is people complaining about the software, multiple posts every day! There are YouTube videos of people saying don’t use Copilot. I wish I listened but I was trusting the good will of Mike Andes! ### 1/5 — Awful platform *2024-06-07, version 1.0.10* Impossible to use, and impossible to learn. No customer support, and just a terrible platform. 100% would not recommend. This platform is advertised as the one stop shop for everything, and I can promise you that it is the opposite of that. I tried getting a refund after two days of using it, and of course there’s no option for that because I didn’t pick the most expensive model. $200 a month apparently wasn’t enough.
