İt does not show the camera in the system. I installed many times.  it show the camera after installation but after closing the app and open the app again. The camera disappeared from the app. It is a really bad app, the camera works but does not stay in the app.

We paid so much money for this kind cameras. All Chinese cameras working 1 year and that’s it. Need to buy again. 
Stop buying china cameras. Check Thailand Korean. Lot of different options. We took Korean brand. If someone need contact me

if you see these cameras on Amazon do not buy, they will be good at first but do not last long! You can find better for the same price , they will tell you to give a good review for $30 refund but they are terrible and they do that because they know the cameras are terrible. They have very poor quality and too many technical issues.

Terrible app, takes forever to open the camera. Have bought 3 SD cards and still says no sd card and doesn’t record because of that. The app needs a lot of work put into it. The only good is that it’s solar powered.

The cameras had fairly decent signal but recently over the last 2 weeks they have not been connecting. After I updated the app only 1 out of 4 cameras in two different states functions and that functionality is spotty at best. Keep getting messages that the camera failed to wake up. I wonder if the company that sells these cameras actually does any testing before or after they make app updates.

I’m throwing my cameras that have worked well for 8 months in the trash. Guessing new ownership but they have changed privacy policy that no one should accept. I cant login, I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Unfortunate, since for 8 months I've been satisfied.

I keep getting “no alarm pictures or video” even though the camera is detecting movement. I’ve tried everything (deleted the cams from my phone and re-added them, clicked the physical reset button on the camera) and nothing seems to work.

It’s not the best app. But it works for what I need it for. It is annoying that you have to pay so much for iCloud storage if you want video recording, but I’m pretty sure that you can use an SD card for video recording. But I’m not positive. I don’t use the cameras for security, I use them to monitor my barn cats & whenever I do need video recording I will pay the $5 for a month of it. It’s cheaper if you pay for more up front. But it can be tricky to get the hang of the app bc there’s no manual & everything on the back end is in mandarin. But it’s pretty straightforward. The settings are kind of fickle. Like, if you’re trying to record video i believe you have to set it to “human detection” & then modify the settings for what you need it for. Some of the cameras have different controls & stuff too. So yeah, it’s just okay. It could definitely be better. I just wish that the cameras that go w/ the app were easier to find.

Have about 3 min buffering to fail to load, than it tries on its own to establish encrypted feed and immediately says device offline then attempts to reload itself to go offline immediately again. The app is utterly non useable now and it had been getting gradually worse week by week over the last 5 months as these were my main cameras and unfortunately are no longer  capable of functioning properly after this update and with the fact both cameras stopped framing out the object moving causing the alert makes the nightvision playback look like Tetris and no type of human detection has worked in months whatsoever. These used to be the best bulb camera for the money and it looks like
We will be purchasing replacements from another company due to the unreliability of the app, this is not a wanted choice being one of the public testers at their release.

The app is terrible, catches the end of “events” and that’s if you can even load it up. Half the time it says network error or won’t even load. Wouldn’t recommend

This has got to be like the 15th time this app has deleted all my login information and keeps trying to put in the incorrect credentials and will not let me type the password in manually. I’d love to know why this constantly happens and the app hasn’t even been updated in 7 months. Not like you are actively updating in a timely manner so I can’t expect much in the way of operability I guess. Thanks for the semi functioning app.

This app is a mess. The video feed is choppy, the interface is confusing, and the cruise control/preset feature is broken — my camera is stuck on cruise mode and the app won’t let me delete the ghost presets. On top of all that, they have the nerve to ask for a subscription for cloud storage. Why would anyone pay for a service when the basic app doesn’t even work properly?

Just got my first camera on this platform and downloaded the app. When trying to make an account via phone and email it claims I already registered. When I go to forgot password and use my number and email it says they weren’t registered. Horrible app and system.

Cameras have never worked properly and the subscription for cloud storage is bogus, every time I check there’s nothing stored. Sensors are not good either. And they charged my account multiple times a month for months even though I only did one subscription. Invest in better cameras

I bought a camera and the installation was very easy. I had the app for two days and really liked it. But as soon as I paid for a year of iCloud, they deleted my account and won't let me in anymore. They tell me the account doesn't exist. Now I can't even look at it. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't give me any options. I hope they don't steal my account information. I can’t give 0 stars if I could I would.

After a years use the cameras (4) went offline several failed attempts to reconnect . Error message is doesn’t support 5Hgz WIFi.  What a waste of.

I have read many reviews that sound like they are reviewing a camera. This is an application only. This app works with many cameras. I have several brands of camera and it works with at least 3 of the brands. 

Use an SD card not greater than 64GB or it will malfunction and you won’t be able to view your video. It will freeze up and say your disk is full. Also remember to set your SS card to overnight. Otherwise it will freeze up when full and you will lose all video before reviewing it. 

Correct settings are everything. You really need to go through each setting and set it to meet your needs. 

I LOVE THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE playing back video is the easiest thing ever. You can pull up a specific file based on time, or cue to any red line on the timeline where something occurred. 

I have worked other apps that are just not that easy to use. 

I really have nothing negative to say about the application. A++++

I purchased 4 outdoor solar powered cameras 3 weeks ago so here is an honest review. 

These cameras are operated through an app and are extremely easy to install, navigate through the app, view previously saved recordings, etc. They are motion censored cameras and only record when there is something moving within the frame. It has a setting that allows for human detection and would then only record when it spots a human. These cameras have the ability to switch between night vision mode or spot light mode which I prefer the night vision. They also have 2 way audio and a setting where you can customize an automated speech that plays when detection occurs. You can pay a monthly subscription to their cloud storage or you can go to your local Walmart and purchase a micro SD card and use that where it would overwrite when it reaches its space limit. I purchased 32GB and have 3 weeks of video storage saved while only using 2% storage so 32gB may have more than 6 months worth of footage before it overwrites from the beginning. The video quality is superb. I will have to do another review in one year and see how they perform after the winter season.

I own multiple cameras on my property. I decided to try this camera because I ran into it while scrolling through on Amazon. I am so glad I bought this camera!! It is now the best camera I own. It is awesome. The setup and easy install was so quick. I absolutely love this camera. The features are amazing!!! I give it an A+rating. The seller of this camera has the best quality camera I have seen. I recommend this seller and camera to anyone who is looking for absolute quality!!!

I got the camera for my backyard because some jerk jumped the huge block wall and stole a few things. It came the next day, was easy to install the camera and the APP so it works well as far as that all goes. Going to study all the settings and things today but so far so good.
