Love the feature changes and upgrades that have happened since then. The app includes 3D tours, photos, and the ability to schedule tours with agents. Waste of time! *2022-05-30, version 1.19.0* This app doesn’t show any homes for sale at all I. The entire state. No filters applied. Waste of time. Tried to report by shaking device but no pop up box. Deleted app. No reason to take up valuable storage. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2020-07-14, version 1.14.9* The app is to sucker you into contract. it's laggy, buggy, and any inputs that you change is actually sent to a person and they have to do the changes. Which take days, even weeks. My other challenge is that it never selects the home you actually touch when there are three or more in proximity. So annoying to have to zoom in every time when it should cycle through options when clicks in the same spot, as a MINIMUM. ### 2/5 — Not working *2023-10-13* I don’t know if my phone is having issues or the app. I downloaded the app but then I click on something to start looking and it brings me to the website. What’s the point in having the app if all it does is bring me off the app to the website version. Please fix this ### 2/5 — I really wanted this to work… *2022-08-05, version 1.19.3* I like the idea behind homie, but the app has too many bugs to be usable. The worst of which is that the only method of reporting in-app issues (shaking the phone) doesn’t work! I found that it is an option under features (and it’s disabled by default), but even after enabling it, it won’t open when I shake the phone! Fix that bug first and then I can try to report all the other bugs including easily reproducible app crashes (including a crash loop that requires reinstalling the app) and how my estimated monthly payment on a $500k home is $200k. Maybe I’ll come back in a few months and see if the app is in a usable state. ### 2/5 — Homie is a great company, their app is not so great. *2020-02-07, version 1.11.9* Homie is a pretty cool company. Their new take on home buying is changing the real estate industry. Their app, however, leaves something to be desired. While the map and scrolling function is nice, the fact that I find myself going to 3 other real estate websites to hopefully find more than a handful of photos of the properties I’m seeing on Homie is always annoying. Not to mention the few photos Homie does provide in their app of the homes for sale are often blurry, as if someone took them with their phone. You would think that since they are trying to sale you something worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, that it wouldn’t have the feel of buying stuff on Facebook marketplace or KSL. ### 2/5 — UI is laggy *2019-10-19, version 1.11.2* The UI on Homie is laggy, but not only not user friendly on the mobile app. I fall back on Zillow because it’s hard to search on their UI for more than 5 minutes. I like your idea and hope you grow, but please change the UI and the house listing on the map it is not even accurate. ### 3/5 — Won’t let me use the app - only online. *2023-09-22* Anytime I click buy in the app, it takes me to the webpage. No matter what I click on the app, I can’t browse like before, I have to browse on the webpage. Very annoying especially since I keep getting pop ups from them in the webpage and can’t just browse. ### 4/5 — This seems silly BUT... *2021-05-10, version 1.17.4* This is one of the only real estate apps that really lets you navigate with one thumb.
