My kitchen sink was leaking from the P-trap, and I wasn’t sure if it was a cracked pipe or just a loose connection. I took a photo in Homiefix and typed a short note. It told me the gasket was likely worn out, showed the exact part name, and walked me through tightening and replacing it.

I’ve also used it for a garage door making a grinding noise. it explained it was probably a dry roller or track issue and showed how to lubricate it safely.

Clear answers, not guesswork. Saved me a service call. Great app for homeowners.

I was planning to mount my TV on the wall myself to save money because hiring a handyman is too expensive.. This app gave me step-by-step instructions and a list of the tools I needed to mount the TV on drywall. I didn’t need to pay $300 to hire a professional.. what a smart app !!
