If you have a ton of time or want to view every home across your entire city I guess it’s ideal. But if you want to focus on certain zip codes you can’t. If you enter the zip code(s) it still shows all homes citywide as if you hadn’t limited the search area. It’s a poor tool.

I have the iPhone 12 mini and every time I click to view anything within a listing the app freezes in a white screen.

Great real estate app. Nice features. You can take a picture of a house you see for sale and the app brings up the listing! Pretty wild, so is the VR tours.

From the 3D views as if you were actually in the home, the drone aerials for the entire property on the outside, the Find my Home and the Home Alert technology, one would never have to go see a home for sale physically.  You can see the entire home from your own living room on a cell phone, iPad or computer and then go see that home physically, knowing you already like it.  Incredible!

Hommati goes above and beyond your traditional real estate app. Through their Aerial Videos and Virtual Tours, they really take your home buying experience to the next level. Plus, they always have accurate, up to date information on their site. If you don’t like ads popping up every 10 seconds try the Hommati App, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
