It occasionally crashed on my ipad initially but is working fine since long. Now can't able to do "quick symptoms record"; after selecting the symptoms, the moment I'm going for result the whole app stops working and closes immediately. It's really a very innovative app, but reliability about QC by the developers is questionable and that too for a paid app. ### 3/5 — Useful for a pocket reference guide *2016-04-28* I enjoyed the convenience of having access to reps and MM’s and found myself using the app quite often over my other software simply because the phone is always with me. The reason I haven’t given a higher rating of review is that the customer service is not responsive and you should be very careful to keep your log in info as you can easily be logged out of it by your phone OS and therefore not have access again. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very good app but crashes frequently *2024-02-10* It is very well made software for homeopathic practitioners as well as students. but what is good if it crash every now and then. I tried many times but it crashed many times during case taking and refuses to work. it is very unfortunate that we pay for this app, we like the app, but we cannot use this app. Hope this app will soon get optimised and run smoothly. ### 1/5 — Trial is not available *2020-05-24* I would suggest be cent percent sure before downloading as well the gets deducted the moment you download it as no trial software is there. Think twice before clicking on it. There might be better softwares but you will get stuck on downloading. I will not recommend this. It was running fine till yesterday. But after the 3.9 update of the app I cannot even open the app it crashes just after the app comes on screen. To get the hang of repertorising with this app I had to watch the main YouTube video even though that is two hours long. You won’t discover the most interesting features of the repertory part of the app without doing this. There are useful filters that can be applied to an analysis, for example. The video itself could do with improving as sometimes the full program screen is not visible in the video window. But an excellent app overall and at a price anyone can afford who has a tablet or smartphone. Compared to other Homeopathy software this App and the Upgrades to Firefly plus offer a true and honest effort to facilitate and ease the application of homeopathic treatment options . Compared to the constant subscriptions these apps are reasonably priced . The design is easy to understand, the available information and training on youtube is clear , the developers are responsive. I consider this a true effort to expand the reach of homeopathy to the benefits of human beings. ### 5/5 — Essential for every homeopath *2019-04-24, version 3.8* I have long relied upon well-known homeopathic softwares in case-taking, analysis and follow-up. In a search for homeopathic apps one day, I discovered Firefly, eventually introducing me to Hompath, Enlightenment Education and Mind Technologies. As a result, I am becoming familiar with other doctors / homeopaths around the world who all-inclusively practice classical homeopathy as I do, and who are deeply experienced. These homeopaths were largely unknown in my collegial circles (in the USA). Firefly and some other Hompath softwares and apps can seem pricey, and this is not true. In comparison, many popular apps, several of which I personally purchased for lifestyle support, are priced 2-4 times as high, re-charged annually by subscription. Hompath prices are a generous, humanitarian, one-time charge, for resources, features and support that are significantly higher priced in the world of online homeopathic software development. Perhaps this is because homeopathy has a long history of respect and is widely practiced in India, where Hompath lives. Firefly is actually a professional tool that places a tremendous, highly developed program at my fingertips. It has many of my favorite homeopathic books and repertories. Also included are invaluable client care features of Zomeo, which I recently downloaded on trial and have since purchased. Zomeo offers features unavailable elsewhere, in an intuitive program that, with practitioner skill, is immediately effective, with all the best in client case management and client lifestyle support. Tutorials are generous and responsive to questions. It is becoming my go-to homeopathic software. I still use each, and favor the many unique features offered by Zomeo. Zomeo is in a league of its own. I wish I’d known about it decades ago, as it is an established, highly reputed, excellently developed software. I cannot recommend Hompath softwares, online education and apps highly enough. I’ve paid the reasonable one-time fee to purchase, or downloaded for free, nearly all of them. Many are for the professional homeopath; in the generous, global outreach and caring of Hompath, however, apps for the public are now also available. There is no longer any reason everyone cannot access homeopathy for health, well-being and disease and lifestyle education. I thought this was pricey, but after going through the features and options I can see why. The software was working very well. Yesterday I upgraded iOS to iPadOS 13.1. Since I upgraded the iOS, whenever I open the software, it spontaneously gets closed. Please correct the issue and help me in using the software as before.
