When I saw low ratting before installation I thought its ok, but after started using its not ok. I tried multiple times to login my home loan account with user id and valid password never let me in. Same worked when tried with chrome on laptop. Such a successful organization, why does it not consider fixing issues and provide proper service to customers. If ROI is increased they update your loan to get more money and if the ROI is reduced these beggars need money to change ROI and visit branch or contact online when they are working. My biggest mistake in life is getting loan from them. I never seen any other worst service example then LICHFL in India or overseas except reliance telecom. I wish govt should make them private so these lazy idiots will learn how to work for people.
