It’s about 50/50 if it actually works or not. It times out all the time when asked to lock or remote start. I thought I might need to update the app but it’s just not that good.

Glitchy app. Using it with Honda Prologue for 12 months. In 95% of situations you just can’t connect to a car to check charging amperage or whatever else. You have to refresh 10-30 times to connect. Also when you doing Lyft it can check your battery status through API to give you a rides within your range. Again, you have to reconnect it thousands times and then just turn off that feature, cuz Honda’s API not responding. 
You can remotely turn on climate in 60% times if you are lucky and it takes crazy long. Bad bad bad.

The app icon shows I have 2 notifications. The app opens and indicates 2 emails. I have no email- I deleted them weeks ago and I cannot make the red notification go away.

There needs to be a setting to prevent the app from auto starting. I like the features the app has, but I should not be forced into an app if I don’t need to use it. I had to delete the app because it would interrupt what I was doing when my device auto connected to Bluetooth.

Love the idea of the app but wish it worked 24/7. Each time it updates I have issues connecting.

You pay $10 a month and the app never works.  I usually have to change the password a bunch of times and then it’ll work for a day or so and then it doesn’t work anymore.  The app constantly freezes and has issues.

Well my app was doing great until the latest update. Now I’m completely locked out of my account. It said it didn’t recognize the password I’ve had since I purchased my vehicle. The app was running flawless until this morning.  It make me update my app now won’t recognize any of my credentials. Says it doesn’t recognize my email or my password. I tried to reset following the prompts only to be completely locked out of my account. Not happy at this point.
