The pre shift memos are in no particular order, which makes viewing the latest memo a pain. This seems like a simple fix. Whenever you save an article and go to click on it later, it just brings up a blank page. The spot app was way better than this junk. FIX IT! ### 1/5 — Memos mixed up *2021-04-07* The only way the app sorts through all of the preshift memos is my alphabetical order down or up. How silly. It needs to be sorted by DATE. I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to see updates. Now, the last thing showing in the feed is from November 30th. I get notifications that there is new information, but once you open the app it doesn’t show it. It is constantly buffering, and the information is never updated. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It seemed to work fine again. The same thing keeps happening every few weeks. Not sure if this is an issue because I am in Canada, but the app is supposed to be a tool for all Honda associates, not just American Honda associates.
