For example, it is asking for the mileage - assuming we are in the car when booking for service. Another example is the service package - how the hell would I know? These are the things you should be figuring it out for us when we are booking for appointment. And for God’s sake, please integrate this app with Honda Touch. Having two apps just show how amateurish Honda Malaysia is. ### 3/5 — Register as Company *2025-05-23, version 2.1.5* I was trying to update the contact information for my car in Honda. I was advice to setup HondaTouch and update through there. After multiple times trying, found out that Company feature is still not available yet. Please, if it not ready. DO NOT enable it on the app yet. If my phone is set to singapore, there is no Honda touch for Malaysia available for download. I can’t login to my account and asked to register. When i try to register, it said account already exists. Then it logged in and crashed. Out of sudden, the app logged me out. Tried to login using “Continue with Apple” method, it kept throwing an error saying that “This email associated with social account already exists. Please try with different email account.”. What? I’m trying to login back into my account, not registering for another account. If I pressed next it would say error. 2. So I scheduled the appointment time at 12pm. When I arrived at the service centre, the staff told me the appointment time has changed to 2pm in their records, however there is no notification whatsoever received in regard to the changes. This seriously mess up our plan for the day terribly. If 12pm is the lunch hour, why make it an option for people to choose in your app. What is the purpose of bringing my car at 12pm and ask me to come again at 2pm? Luckily the reception at Honda accepted my car at 12pm but the service will still be done at 2pm. Please provide a satisfactory explanation on this miscommunication issue. ### 1/5 — Not wash my car properly *2025-01-08, version 2.0.9* I sent my car for service and wash. But unfortunately they randomly wash my car and i still can see dust on the carpets and stain on the dashboard. I call the pic who handle my car. He himself vacum the car and wipe the stain .The person who is supposed to wash and vacumn the care should be blame for not serious about his work. ### 1/5 — Cannot login to Honda Touch *2024-11-07, version 2.0.6* Currently, I frequently have issues logging in to Honda Touch. When I open the app, it always says, ‘Your session has expired. Please log in again.’ When I try to log in, an error message always appears: ‘Failed to parse the received server data.’ Can customer service help me? ### 1/5 — This app is terrible. *2024-11-06, version 2.0.6* I’m unable to access the app, no matter how hard I try. If you want to provide this feature, make sure it's stable and useable before launching it. Don't get ideas and just try to make it happen without the confidence that it will work. Didn't expect this kindnof stupidity from Honda ### 1/5 — Horrible, Buggy app; still not updated! *2024-07-01, version 2.0.2* Please issue an update ASAP. I can’t login with my Apple ID and it spews out an error saying “cannot parse server data”. I registered using Sign in With Apple and this nonsense happens. Update: now the app is showing me this message “ This email associated with social account already exists. Please try with different email account.” ### 1/5 — Is no longer supports the Facebook login *2024-06-30, version 2.0.2* Ever since the Facebook doesn’t provide the login feature to Honda Touch, now I’m unable to used this apps because I can’t even login. It doesn’t have a feature login using h/p num with OTP as a secondary option.
