The rewards program/redeeming points is still much more complicated than it needs to be. logging into my account on the website shows me a totally different rewards option to redeem than the app really not that hard to sync those up. Pick one and stick with it.

I’ve been a customer with Honest Paws for the past year. I saw they came out with an app so I decided to check it out. Glad I did. It’s super easy to order from and track my shipments.
