## What is Honestly?

Know yourself better, one question at a time.

Honestly gives you one thoughtful question each day to help you reflect, understand yourself, and notice what you might normally overlook.

Some questions are simple. Others make you think a little deeper.

Write what feels true, keep your reflections private, and look back over time to see how your thoughts, priorities, and perspective change.

With Honestly, you can:

• Answer a new question each day
• Explore questions about confidence, relationships, ambition, growth, and more
• Shuffle for another question whenever you want
• Write or dictate your reflections
• Build a daily reflection streak
• Track your reflection habits and progress
• Save questions you want to revisit
• See your daily question from your Home Screen and Lock Screen
• Look back on past answers and moments

There is no perfect answer. Just an honest one.

Take a few minutes each day to slow down, think, and get to know yourself a little better.
