Good luck finding something. You’ll receive the notifications for a couple of hours and then nothing. You have to constantly turn off and turn on the notifications again for them to work. If there’s motion dictation and you get a notification and click on it it takes forever for the app to open. It’ll take you to the live feed and show at the bottom why you got a notification but it doesn’t let you click on that video. You have to exit the live feed and go to the events section. They also never respond to you. I messaged costumer service 2-3 weeks ago and they still haven’t answered back. They are saying that my signal is weak, yet it shows strong on my end. And it only stops recording from midnight to around 6:30 am! They refuse to give a supervisor, instead they end the chat. I have hours of screenshots of conversations with them! And look real hard at what you paying for on this "free" app, they are charging me for two conflicting services. Their response to everything has been go through APPLE for a refund! They act like scammers. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! ### 1/5 — 録画再生できない *2026-06-19* アップデートしてから録画再生しようとすると強制終了。 カメラの意味ないので改善してもらえませんか？ ### 1/5 — BEWARE, HACKERS *2026-06-17, version 4.9.7* Upon setup, the app asked for my email AND my email password. I was exhausted from a long day at the time and entered it without thinking. That same night, my email was accessed from overseas and used to gain access to my Facebook and squarespace accounts, where the hacker used my linked payment methods to purchase a bunch of ads and domain names. Furthermore, they then intentionally posted content that got me immediately banned for life from Facebook so that I couldn’t go in and cancel the purchases. All this happened in the middle of the night while I slept. Whether the developers themselves were behind it or their security just sucks and makes it accessible to hackers, don’t touch this app with a ten foot pole. ### 1/5 — 3 secs to start the app!? *2026-05-18* It was fine until the ads started appearing. Now I have to wait more than 3 seconds just to preview the security video. What if there’s an emergency? This change is extremely disappointing. Because of this, I’m even considering switching to a different security system and camera manufacturer. 広告が入るまでは、とても快適に使えていました。 ですが今は、セキュリティ映像を確認するだけでもアプリを立ち上げて3秒以上待たなければなりません。 もし緊急時だったらどうするのでしょうか。 とても残念です。 このことが理由で、セキュリティシステムやカメラメーカー自体を買い替えようかと考えています。 ### 1/5 — 広告 *2026-04-17* 導入した時はなかったけど、使い始めて半年くらいでアプリ立ち上げて直ぐにクラウドストレージ加入の広告を見せられる。今直ぐ確認しなきゃいけない時に５秒待たされるのは防犯アプリとして死活問題。 ### 1/5 — Can't download videos *2025-12-15, version 4.2.6* Live feed is actually really good. But I need to download the videos to an external device and it literally won't do it. There's no way to export videos, only bits and pieces. My solution was to yank the hard drive out of the stupid receiver, a crazy inconvenient way to handle a simple task. Will never buy this again, but I'm stuck with it for work. ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible *2025-11-13, version 4.2.6* The worst camera i have ever owned. Also customer support is non existent. Resetting and reinstalling doesn’t work. I’m kinda suspecting that this is a data mining operation, not a legitimate software.
