I’ll be pressing buttons and it simply does not register that I’ve pressed it. (Just now it said earn $2 with order ahead and I couldn’t press buttons to select my coffee) Not compatible with Apple Pay. Added money to a digital gift card and it would not let me check out with the gift card for an order ahead, which was the whole reason I downloaded the app. Points are nice I guess. ### 4/5 — Great redesign but unable to order a coffee *2024-01-07, version 2.1.42* If I try, there’s no option for just a normal blend of drip coffee with chocolate nut flavor and cream. They ‘require’ you to pick a special blend that includes an up-charge. Now have a new 15 pro max and even though the app was recently updated I still cannot scan receipts. Then I get a message that a code was sent to my phone and instructs me to enter it on the screen. The problem is I never receive the code. I tried it 3 times and gave up. I love the products and the customer service!!! ### 5/5 — Great Customer Service *2023-08-15, version 2.0* I want to say every time I come to the Honey Dew on Cumberland (2130 Mendon Rd location) which isn’t too often because I don’t live close by, but when I do, I always get greeted, the staff is extremely friendly and patient when I’m deciding what to get for my kids. Tiffany is someone who I had only encountered maybe once or twice but she remembered me and is always very friendly. Today I met Gianna who was working with her and she was such a pleasure to meet as well. Great staff! They always make my coffee the right way and make you feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The only thing I can say other than a great experience every time I come to this one is that I really am hoping that you guys decide to bring back the powder donuts that are filled with the chocolate on the inside because those are so delicious and I haven’t had one in years!
